A beautifully updated kitchen with quartz countertops will soon become the perfect gathering spot for visiting and with friends and family while preparing your favorite dishes. For meals, guests can gather at the dining table and sit family style, or lounge at the island bar on one of the stools.

The staircase leads up to the second floor. Upstairs, three comfortably furnished bedrooms and a sleeping porch can be found. Port Side on Keuka Lake adheres to strict occupancy policies. Parties, events and unregistered guests, pets and turning around in neighborhood driveways are prohibited.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
