Welcome to Paradise Palms Resort, Kissimmee Orlando FLorida with luxurious 5 bedrooms & 4 bathroom rental located less than10 min to Disney theme parks in Orlando, Florida.

This vacation rental has attained the prestigious "Grand" status for having a renovated house with an upgraded professional furniture package. This vacation rental has all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in, with plenty of seating for everyone to dine together.
When it's time to relax, there is plenty of room to lounge in the private pool or watch movies or just gather to share the stories of the day in the family room. The benefits of having your own private bedroom are sure to please all while having multiple bathrooms will ensure that all can get ready for the day at their own pace. There is also a washer and dryer and FREE wireless high-speed internet for your convenience.

Love this place!

We all had a very great stay and loved the property manager had a quick response from him whenever we had a question. Loved the pool and the big selections of rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay with a family of 7. Nice neighborhood and secured by guard at gate coming in. House was nice and enough room for all of us. Had the pool heated and it was very warm for Feb.. Would stay again if ever visiting the area. The host stayed in contact to make sure our stay was good.

Impressive Quality house with Private gate security

House was very clean, looks modern and main thing I like is no carpet. Private pool inside house was great and resort pool is huge where I like tikki bar area for relaxation after long drive. Very impressed with private gate and security resort stay. Overall I would come again because proximity to Disney and all nearby eating areas.

Great place to stay with family! Highly Recommend

We had a great experience with this VRBO. The owner was fast with communication using the VRBO inbox. The house was clean, and the pool and other amenities were perfect. The children had something to do and enjoy all day long without even leaving the neighborhood. Some of the furniture could use an update (it's seen a lot of love), but that didn't stop us from having a blast. We will definitely reserve again! Thank you!

Get Away

The area was convenient, and the house was nice but dirty and things were broken. The Window shade in the living room was broken it was tied up with the stings and there was no shade at another door that led out to the small pool. The list continues but i don't have time to list everything.

Our family vacation

The property was beautiful but we didn’t have enough of chairs out by the pool area.One lounge chair was broke when we got there and the other one that was the same broke few days later. We had three lounge chairs but no regular chairs out by the pool. There were eight of us and we had to take the chairs from the house to put by the pool area and bring them back in when we went inside. The switch to turn the light on in the pool was broke and the sensor light by the pool was not working properly but besides that our stay at the house was beautiful.

GREAT location!!! Minutes away from many of the attractions. House was very spacious!! A little trouble checking in. However, the host quickly responded and rectified the issue!!! My family and I enjoyed the pool!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and easy. The house was very clean. The kitchen needs more cooking ware. Not a lot to cook with . My family like to cook . This was the first home I got that we had that problem.I feel we shouldn't have to pay to use the grill. Just some things that we weren't used to. But overall we enjoyed.

Great Place for Large Group

We only had 5 people so never seemed crowded. Place would be great for two or even three families. We hit a very slow week but could see where parking could become a bit crazy if every house had 3 or 4 cars. The unit had everything we needed, very clean, resort pool area very nice except receptionist really seemed to hate her job. FYI if you get packages delivered during your stay they charge 10 per package for renters. DIL had two packages delivered, went to receptionist and asked for the packages, told they haven't been officially in processed het, DIL said I can see them right there, my name is on them. She was told to come back in an hour. She returns and Ms. Miserable hands here one package and said come back later for the 2 nd one as it hasn't been received yet. At this point DIL goes a little off and leaves with her 2 packages. I think it was her "blue" eyes that did it......Property very clean, front gate security team was great. Highly recommend.
