Our comfortable and spacious 280 m2 family house offers 4 beautiful bedrooms for a successful holiday or a weekend in the countryside!

In July and August, reservations are only made for a minimum of 7 nights.

Pleasant house in spring and autumn but it reveals its splendor in summer with its swimming pool and its large garden of 2000 m2 in the countryside, quiet in a small hamlet!
The swimming pool is fenced with an approved gate for securing swimming pools.

The Maison du Petit Breuil is close to Saintes, capital of Saintonge, the beaches of the Atlantic coast, 30 minutes from Royan, the Ile d'Oléron, 1 hour from La Rochelle and only 45 minutes from Cognac!
Ideally located for traveling through the 2 Charentes very easily and quickly!

- Dining table for 8 people
- 1 living room of approximately 40 m2: 1 sofa, 2 club armchairs, an upright piano (non-professional use), 1 rectangular rattan table/glass top, 6 seats + chairs,

- 1 winter garden in veranda of approximately 30 m2: teak table, 6 chairs + 2 stools, 1 wooden armchair and 1 deckchair.

Upstairs (served by 2 staircases):
- 1 family room approximately 35 m2, 1 140 cm bed, 1 baby bed, 1 desk,
- 1 bedroom 10 m2: 2 single beds, 2 of which have bathroom with shower,
- 1 bedroom 15 m2: 1 bed 140, bathroom, shower + sink,
- 1 bedroom 12 m2: 1 140 cm bed, bathroom, shower + sink.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Bed and bath linen is provided from a stay of 4 nights.
On request we can provide linen for fewer nights for a flat rate of €80.
Cleaning between each rental is made from eco-certified products for healthy air while respecting nature,

Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose, Parties prohibited,
The noise volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
In the event of a conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the problem.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
In order not to hinder traffic, please occupy the dedicated parking spaces.

In the event of an emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for the police). A powder fire extinguisher was placed in the accommodation.
