Cute place in historic Glendale

We stayed for some baseball spring training games and hiking. The house worked out well and was in a good location. We loved walking to happy hour in historic Glendale.

Very cute historic house. Lots of bedroom space & outdoor area. Walking distance to historic downtown Glendale.

Good location for our stay

House was easy to get to and simple to check into once door code was received from host (I had to request it the day before arrival). House was spacious and relatively clean. House was nicely furnished inside and patio furniture was good. Backyard was very nice, though we did not utilize it much during our trip. Neighbor's rooster wakes up early and trains are easily heard.There was no guest check-in/out info at the house and had to contact the host repeatedly to get the wi-fi info. Very slow to respond to messages through VRBO app. Alternate contact info for host was at the house.We had to purchase a cheap shower curtain for our stay to keep the water from leaving the shower by the back bedroom as well as a small light for the front bathroom shower area.

Property was a nice older home, clean and everything worked. Waster pressure in second shower was low but still enough to remove soap/shampoo. The only thing that was unacceptable was its proximity to a train depot, train whistle were load late at night and early morning.

Comfy and cozy

It was very pleasant and a perfect location for me to everywhere I wanted to go. I was traveling alone with a child and felt very safe on a quiet street. Diego was easy to reach, too! It is on historic register but quaint. I will return.

Nice place for our visit.

Nice house and yard for our two little dogs. Comfortable king size bed. Nice appliances, AC works great and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. TV and wifi worked great. We would stay here again!

Spring training trip

Charming historic home, nicely remodeled with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Large back yard. Close to several Spring training ball parks. Close to downtown Glendale and anything you might need. Great stay!

Great vacation seeing our inlaws.

My partner, 2 year old daughter, best friend, and I rented this for 7 days to visit my in laws. We all enjoyed our stay. Was a nice home and made our vacation comfortable. Great location for us to my in-laws and is great for anyone who wants to explore all the varieties of things Arizona has to offer.

Great home - great host!

Our stay here was beyond expectations! The house was clean and cozy, and we loved having the nice back yard with the outdoor fireplace. Having lived in the Phoenix area several years ago, it was fun to come back for a visit, and have a nice place to stay that had easy access to all parts of Glendale and Phoenix. Thank you to Mr. Rios for being a great host!

Easy check in Property manage was accommodating. Convenient location A few suggestions: Towels, trash baskets , front door lock inside needs improvement, and maybe supply laundry detergent.

Lovely Home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, complete with thoughtful touches, all the comforts of home, & a peaceful backyard. Downtown Glendale is steps from your door with cute shops and restaurants. Host was quick to respond, would book again.
