The time is now to book your ultimate vacation at Pelicans roost on Sanibel Island. This small complex has undergone a complete remodel with stunning finishes. Walk into the bright and spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Luxury vinyl plank floor flows throughout this entire condo. Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront lanai where you can enjoy the views, breeze, and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious guest room is perfect for family or friends. All new guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The large primary has stunning views of the Gulf and an attached all-new bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination.
All new furnishings throughout the entire stunning condo! Fall asleep in the primary bedroom with the comfortable king bed while enjoying the sounds and views of the Gulf. Pelicans Roost is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, itâs surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Itâs close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and tiki bars. Large, heated pool, elevator, and 2 large community gas grills. This is the perfect spot for a Sanibel Island vacation.
