Bev's Beachfront Bungalow

Stellar location! Walking distance to restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be a nuisance. First floor 500 sq ft. guest studio with kitchenette. You will have covered parking and private access to your studio. The studio is an open floor plan with a queen bed and a sectional sofa that easily converts to a twin bed. A large flat screen TV and dining for four. Enjoy the large bathroom with excellent lighting. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped, with a private path to the uncrowded beach. Private outdoor area with rocking chairs. Shibumi tent, beach chairs and beach towels provided for your enjoyment.

Perfect studio on the beach- great location and amenities

We had a wonderful time during our stay, and the studio was very clean and perfect for our family of 3. The location is great with easy access to the beach and all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be back!

Walking distance to everything

Great little place, cute decor. Nice amount of storage in the bathroom for clothes and toiletries. Can walk to restaurant and bars and of course the beach. Nice that cooler and beach chairs are included. Great sitting area outside. Bed was comfortable.

Quiet and so peaceful

This was a great vacation rental. Beverly was so kind and very helpful. She went above and beyond. Beautiful decor and steps away from the private beach access. Highly Recommend this rental!

Quiet retreat

The apartment was set up beautifully and well appointed with all of the accessories to make for a pleasant weekend away at the beach. Very quiet and direct beach access. Beverly was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. It was just what we needed.

Beautiful Studio Apartment at Atlantic Beach

The owner,Beverly could not have been nicer. The studio apartment was beautifully appointed & had more than we needed. This is truly a “bring you clothes & stay awhile” beach house. We loved every minute.

Beach Time

This property, which is an efficiency unit, is comfortable and well designed. Beverly, the owner, has thought of all the amenities that one could need. And, she is a lovely woman. My husband and I enjoyed every minute including great restaurant suggestions from Beverly.

Fantastic stay!

My husband and I stayed here from 5/31/24 - 6/9/24, and what a fantastic find! Beverly has anticipated every one of your needs while you stay. The studio is beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, and well thought out. The location is perfect, located in a quiet neighborhood and just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants and shops (it's nice to have drinks and be able to walk home!) and also a short drive to Morehead City, Beaufort, and New Bern as well. We plan to go back and would def recommend it to others.

Awesome Beach Front Studio

Every detail of this property exemplifies the highest quality I’ve ever experienced in a rental property down to the water glass provided in the bathroom. Covered parking, a small zen like garden off of the patio leading to a pathway over the dunes to the beach. The most comfortable bed & couch. A small kitchen but with every amenity. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s on Atlantic Beach’s character infused Boardwalk Blvd with many other beautiful cottages.

Paradise

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary June 18-23. The minute we walked in to Beverly’s Beautiful Bungalow we knew it was going to be an amazing time. Steps from the beach, Beverly thought of everything we would ever need. Even ice for our ice chest. The studio was decorated perfectly. It was perfect for my husband and me. There was even a little patio with a table and rocking chairs where I enjoyed my coffee and reading my bible. That’s how I started every morning. The beach was amazing ang the shade Beverly provided was excellent. Beverly was an absolute pleasure and so sweet. Robbie was pretty darn cute too. Thank you Beverly. We will be back for sure!!

Little piece of heaven

My Husband & I loved this location in Atlantic Beach. So happy I got to walk on the beach with Beverly & Robbie. She has adorned her property with love & warmth. We loved the blues & greens everywhere. I particularly loved the Oyster painting! It was so cozy & precious...Thank you so much for a wonderful oasis :)

Wonderfully appointed, comfy, cozy and convenient

I came to attend a beach wedding and didn't want a hotel, instead found this gem! Terrific location and the unit is in immaculate condition. Despite its size it has all the features of a house rental. Very comfy bed, nice linens, and a great TV watching couch! Very thoughtful amenities all around, including the niceties one often forgets - chip clips, pot holders, salt/pepper, etc. Very quiet location and the owner lives upstairs so no problem with neighbor noise. Private covered parking is a bonus! Highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a great stay over a long weekend. The unit was well-appointed and met every need - very clean, nicely decorated. There were beach chairs for use, and it was a short walk to a beautiful beach. I think the unit is best described as a basement studio. There is a sitting area that is under the first floor balcony. While the unit is oceanfront, there is no oceanview for the apartment or the sitting area. While in a quiet location, the unit is only a short walk to many restaurants and bars. We really liked the Crab's Claw restaurant, which is very close. We hope to come back!

Peaceful and Relaxing 40th Anniversary!

There was no better way to enjoy our 40th Anniversary than a stay at Beverly's quaint getaway. I was certain she made our stay special because of this but it's obvious all her guests enjoy the same benefits. Her attention to detail with the amenities and décor reflects just how much she enjoys having guests. It was quiet, remarkably clean and very comfortable. Three days of perfect weather and quick beach access was just the right recipe to end the summer. Sipping coffee on the deck watching sunrise each morning is our Anniversary memory to cherish. We will definitely return.

Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this delightful beachfront bungalow.Beverly has truly thought of everything to make a beach vacation effortless and relaxing. From beach chairs, towels, and a cooler to a Shibumi shade and even flashlights— she's thought of it all. The bungalow was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped, making us feel right at home. You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into making this a special place. Thank you, Beverly, for such a thoughtful and memorable experience-we can't wait to come back.

Everything was excellent!Cleanliness is a 4 only because of a couple bugs in bathroom, which is not surprising or necessarily preventable.It was much better than a hotel room! Close to the beach and local attractions.
