Welcome to The Tree House at Echota, an exquisite three-story retreat nestled in the serene Echota Resort, ideally located near Boone and Blowing Rock. This luxurious four-bedroom home boasts an open-concept design, featuring a grand great room with cathedral ceilings and a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living area is adorned with a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone gas log fireplace and expansive windows offering breathtaking forest views, complemented by a large dining table.

The main level hosts two bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, and a second bedroom with a queen bed its own bath. The home exudes a mountain getaway ambiance with its tongue-and-groove cathedral ceilings, mountain accents, and abundant natural light filtering through the trees.

Upstairs, discover a second master suite with a King bed and twin bunk beds, perfect for families or larger groups. The lower level features another bedroom with a full over full bunk bed and a twin trundle, along with a bathroom, and laundry room.

Step outside onto the private deck with a gas grill and fireside patio set, creating an idyllic spot for cocktails, al fresco dining, and enjoying the cool mountain breezes. Guests also enjoy access to Echota Resort's amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools with stunning mountain views, hot tubs, fitness centers, pool tables, hiking trails, and fishing ponds. An indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center are conveniently located just down the street from the home.

While The Tree House provides a peaceful retreat, it's centrally located between Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk, each less than a 10-mile drive away. Nearby attractions such as Sugar Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, and abundant trails and shopping ensure endless adventures during your stay.

All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- There is a strict limit of two (2) cars parked at the property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the indoor pool/clubhouse just a short drive away. DO NOT park more than two cars at this home.
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
