The second floor has a large balcony with outdoor seating to view the dolphins, turtles and boats. This inlet has crystal clear water and unobstructed views to a state park on the opposite shoreline.
The master bedroom is on the third floor with a King size bed, huge walk in shower, soaker tub, his and her vanities and an enormous walk in closet. It also has its own private balcony.

The third floor master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and can sleep 2 people. The two bedrooms on the second floor have queen beds.

Since this is a new, luxury property a Move In Inspection report is required on the Check In Date and a Move Out Inspection report is required to be completed by the guests on the Check Out date. No mailbox is provided at this property but PO boxes are available nearby. Guests must agree to the HOA Rules and Regulations.
Additionally since this is a new luxury home no pets are permitted on the property.
