No in town guests, booking party must be 25+, parties result in immediate removal.

Checkin is at 4pm and Checkout is at 10am.

My place is fully decked out with themed rooms! Enjoy the Coke room, the Barbie room, a Braves theater, 2 office setups, a flower wall, and so much more!

Great for families! 4 bedrooms 3 full baths! 10 real beds, 2 air mattresses

Basement with theater, foosball, darts. 2 desk areas. Large open kitchen.

Near Braves / Truist Park, Battery, Perimeter Mall, Six Flags Whitewater, Northside Hospital, Kennestone Hospital

TV w/Apple TV + Projector TV downstairs in "movie room" with Apple TV, gourmet kitchen, coffee maker, fiber internet, towels, shampoo/soap, blow dryer, iron, washer/dryer, microwave.

RULES
- I am a no shoe household! Deposit will be charged for damages.
- Maximum of 6 cars at any given time on the street or driveway - full deposit charged.
- Early checkin for rush cleaning. If offered and booked prior - $100-$200
- Late checkout for rush cleaning. if offered and booked prior - $100-$200. Late checkout if not offered and booked prior - $200.
- No guests outside of the booked number of guests are allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no pets due to severe allergies. The fee for cleaning air ducts and furniture the last time this happened was $2000.

EXTRA RULES
A few extra rules I've had to add! I've had a few parties, so these rules are probably not relevant to most guests, but please read them and message me if you have any questions!

- No local guests. Any local guests reservations will be automatically canceled with no refunds. If any local guests arrive, this is considered a lease violation and everyone will be removed immediately from the house by local authorities.

- No drugs on premises. No smoking weed or cigarettes or anything else inside the house. The fee for smoking in the house is $3000 for the deep cleaning cost.

- Quiet hours after 10pm.

Absolutely no parties. You will be removed from the property immediately with no refunds for violating lease terms.
No smoking inside of any kind. There is a $3000 cleaning fee associated with this.
No pets of any kind. I have severe allergies and the last time somebody violated this rule it cost them $3000 to clean out all the vents.

Great location and super clean

We were in town for a baseball game at Truist park. The location of this house was perfect! The house was super clean! Smelled freshly cleaned and not a speck of dirt anywhere. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in the Atlanta Area

The property was super clean, comfortable, close to everything we needed without having to get in the Atlanta traffic every time we left. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. We really enjoyed the square in Marietta for multiple fantastic meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving Stay!

Thank you for lovely stay in your immaculate, darling home. The photos represent the property well! Owner was great at communicating. There was lots of room. Master bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend the Civil War to Civil Rights as well as the Carter Library tours.

Love this house!

This house was so fun! It fit our group perfectly. The owner or property manager was incredibly helpful and we had the best time at this house. I loved the way the house was set up and the creativity of the different rooms. It made it super fun! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the traveling family.

Our stay was great we had two senior citizens with us and they were able to use the master bathroom and the big walk in shower with ease. The location was reasonably close to get to Truist park and neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We had no problems and checking in/out was simple enough. Great place for a great price! I would book again.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Marietta, Georgia

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Marietta, Georgia. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located near the highway and close to many attractions. The owner was very punctual and responsive to any comments or observations we had. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Marietta.

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home and very spacious. The location was nice and convenient to everything. The chairs and barstools were loose and needed to be tighten. Also, the water doesn't stay hot long, even when no-one else was using it. Other than those two things, everything was great. House was well stocked with all necessities, which was new for me because other homes ive rented.

Great family home in a great location

We came through on a road trip and stayed a couple nights and this house was perfect. We caught a Braves game and did a couple things in Atlanta and this home was convenient to all. We liked the downstairs area and we let my in law's have that area to themselves. My 6 and 2 year old girls loved the barbee room and my 8 year old son liked the coke room. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that was great for a family walk in the afternoon. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area. The host was great and communicated quickly when we had to contact her.

Loved our stay!!

We had a great experience. Tracy was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She has supplied the home with everything you would need and more. I love that the home is decorated but not too much! For families with littles it can be overwhelming making sure things aren’t messed with. The rules can feel overwhelming but it all went well. The location is great and central to a lot of things. If you go around this ti e of year definitely check out Life University’s Christmas light display… only a 10 minute drive away! Thanks Tracy for hosting us!!

Older house but still very nice.

The stay was great. Some simple things need to be done, like painting and fix a few holes in the wall. Other than those few things the house was great a bit older but nice. One other thing is they need someone to make sure all wash clothes are cleaned and not thrown under the sinks.

Clean, Roomy & Convenient

The location of the house is very convenient. We were easily able to get to The Battery, downtown, midtown, and Roswell. The house was roomy and had lots of space to hang out. If i had to make a wish list or suggestions, I’d love a barbecue and a better coffee machine. :) besides that the kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed hanging out in the basement. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Enjoyable stay

The rules and associated fines/penalties were intimidating and made the stay a little uneasy at first but we had no problems and enjoyed our time there. Great sleeping arrangements and really comfortable beds. Good location, with plenty of shopping and eateries near by. I would definitely stay there again.

4th of July Baseball Visit

Great home for visiting Truist park for some baseball games. Cute decor and ample space for family to relax. Kids enjoyed the Braves room. Convenient to highways for downtown Atlanta. We visited the World of Coca Cola and the Aquarium. Marietta was convenient for dining.

The house was great!

The home is in the subs about 25 min away from Mercedes Benz Stadium. The master room is big has an extra twin size bed, the coca cola has a full bed, and loved the barbie room.. this one has the two twin beds. The basement was Beutiful and you can sleep 4 people there. The experience at Clementine' home was great. All the details on line are accurate We will definitely stay again in this house.

Travelers beware! Will not rent again from this owner. Worst experience we have ever had.

Outside of staying here our trip was fabulous. We traveled from Mississippi 6 hours away. This is an older house. There are cameras every where and the monitor you coming and going which she does not have this on the listing when viewing. The novel of rules and her expectations comes a day or two before you arrive. No shoes in the house which is fine. We had a booking error which we made March 21st and still waiting on our $1381.00 refund (today is 4/24/22) that she said she would refund weeks ago. No noise after 10pm. Fourteen days after check out she claimed her braves pillows and blankets were missing and charged my credit card another $199 then “found” them even after other guests stayed right after us. She will charge you for any additional fees as she sees fit as well as anyone that walks on the property staying the night or not. I promptly paid her once she requested funds for the booking but definitely didn’t get that in return. She stated she would refund me after I rebooked the stay but still has not done so. Over the years I’ve always loved booking through vrbo but they will expect you to deal with the property owners. But beware of this property protect your sanity and your bank account!!
