Amazing house with great meeting space. Nice mix of bedroom/bathrooms. Only negative is the steep driveway. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and will definitely look to book again.

Gorgeous Torch property with all the extras!

This home served our group of 10 women well with lots of amenities to enjoy. Pros: Comfortable beds, sauna (takes a while to heat up so start early!), hot tub, and theater room, plenty of games such as pinball machines, foosball and more. The large dock and lawn chairs to lay in Sun. Cons: For such a beautiful and expensive VRBO we were surprised they did not provide soap, shampoo/conditioner for the showers. No beach towels and they do not want the bath towels outside the house. The kitchen was lacking serving items such as salad bowls, utensils for serving, and knives are in need of sharpening and cooking pans are dated. We would have loved to have an outdoor table and space to enjoy meals on nice days.

Exactly what was promised

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property for our team offsite meeting. What I do value is there is a great range of things to do without leaving the home. Also the property manager rich was on top of things and communicated well.

Miller Family Stay

This property was exceptional, at one point the water stopped working Cody the property manager was there within 5 minutes and got things running again. The listing On VRBO was understated, the property was actually, better in person than we reviewed online. The games in the basement were excellent in keeping the kids entertained. Amenities were on point. We totally enjoyed our time there.

AMAZING WEEKEND

The house was a huge hit for our family gathering. Is it perfect and pristine? Not at the moment...the carpets need to be replaced and there is a lot of obsolete technology that can feel overwhelming until you understand what is what. The property manager helped me with the Sonos and it worked great! We used the theatre room with easy using Apple TV. Everyone loved the game room and the views were amazing! The hot tub and decks were great. I was worried they had a broken ice maker, but didn't realize they had a total of THREE so that was a non issue. We all agreed that the fact that it wasn't 100% perfect actually make us more comfortable staying there. Highly recommend and go for the upstairs south bedroom - it's the best! :)

House was beautiful, definitely needs updating on some things! 2 out of 3 soaker tubes jets didn’t work, 1 of the fire places didn’t work, and the upstairs fridge and ice maker didn’t work! All in all was a great time on the lake! Would definitely recommend it!!!

Excellent home!

Prior to arrival, we knew it would be great. Working with Roman / Cody to plan our trip was flawless. They warned of worn carpet and a few deficiencies that will be repaired this winter (can’t wait!) and apologized profusely. We were greeted upon arrival with a friendly and helpful tour. The home was clean, spacious, and full of amenities for all ages (the game and theater rooms were a huge hit). We “lost” a day due to a power outage out of the home’s control. However, Cody regularly checked in on us and brought water and flashlights. We’ve rented twice per year for 30+ years and never had a more responsive property manager. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great Lake Vacation

Our stay at Noble Spirit was wonderful. The layout works well for large groups providing plenty of private space as well as functional common areas. The property needs a bit of work - new carpets (which they acknowledged) and some general maintenance. All things considered we wouldn’t hesitate renting the property again.

What to know before renting this property

Here’s what you should know before you decide to rent this property: 1. The view is spectacular…unsurpassed! 2. The deadbolts/locks on doors don’t all work. One night during a storm we had to use a chair to keep the front door closed 3. The dock area with loungers and “swimming cove” is a wonderful place for family to enjoy the cool clean water of Torch Lake 4. This property would really benefit from a predictive and preventive maintenance. program. We were greeted by the property manager with the “bad news” that the hot tub did not work which was one of the main reasons we selected this home. Only after we were insistent did they fix the unit the next day. 5. Our third night around 10 pm the air conditioning went out on one end of the house taking the property from a 7 BR home to a 4 bedroom home. This required numerous guests including a baby to move to couches for the night. Again, had we not insisted that the manager authorize an emergency night call to a HVAC tech, he would not have had it fixed until the next day. I am convinced that he was aware that there was a problem when we arrived to the property because he told us that the end of the home was a “little warmer”. I do not consider 83° a little warmer especially for an infant. Sidebar: the HVAC tech was great-He finished up by midnight and the rooms were cool by 2am but by then everybody was asleep on the couches. 6. The game room and workout room are phenomenal! Movie room, on the other hand, was not really usable because it did not have a smart TV 7. The views from the bedroom decks would have been a lot more enjoyable if they would purchase a few inexpensive deck chairs. 8. While the kitchen was reasonably stocked with utensils and basic food items like coffee, sugar and spices, coffee maker had to be rigged to keep from overflowing and the toaster burned food even on lowest setting. Several bedside lamps had burned out bulbs and bedding and linens, although plentiful, were well used and in need of replacement. These are the kind of small details that keep this property from reflecting the grandeur it was clearly intended to have.

Beautiful house on Torch Lake

The house is wonderful and as advertised in the photos. The lake is absolutely stunning. The game room, sauna and movie room really make the house stand out. It was clean at check in and easy to communicate with the property manager. All the amenities worked which is not always the case with rental houses. The only negative feedback and recommendation I have is the management company needs to invest in paper towels, actual toilet paper and the basic kitchen essentials. It's always frustrating to rent a house at this price point and have to go to the store to buy the basics any hotel would provide. The carpet in the public areas really need to be cleaned/replaced. All in all the house was awesome. It was huge and a great place to spend a week together.

Lots of Space for Large Groups

We really loved the large size of all of the bedrooms & that they all had their own bathrooms and fireplaces. Everyone enjoyed the game room and we had a movie night in the Theatre Room. Also, the property manager was great! Cody was always available to answer our questions as needed!

Just an incredible, special property

This is an incredible, special, beautiful property. With the spectacular views, the fantastic amenities, the fun game room, steam room, sauna, fun decks, and the downstairs Bar added so much. We cooked in a lot so it was nice that the Kitchen was mostly fully stocked, and that was greatly appreciated. Not having matching wine glasses (nor enough), no beer glasses was a bit of a disappointment from a crazy person like myself, that believes there is a glass for every type of drink. We Absolutely loved the ice makers in both kitchens and the game room bar. The viewing room to watch movies and sporting events was fantastic. Whomever designed and decorated this home didn’t miss a trick and thought of everything. It is well appointed, decorated with a fun country, cabin feel. The Native American influence was wonderful. If you’re a hunter you will love all the animal mounts throughout. Having most all closets locked and unable to hang up clothes was a bit strange. However, Everything about this property was memorable and enjoyable for us and our family. I would strongly suggest a user manual for all the technology throughout this home, as there is a great deal going on here. The $900 cleaning fee was excessive and needs to be reduced.
