Our one full bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet and comes with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and fluffy towels. Take a hot shower after a day exploring the Windy City and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and beautiful countertops, providing you with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal or store your favorite deep-dish pizza. You'll have access to a full-sized fridge and freezer, stove, oven, toaster, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. If you are arriving at Midway International Airport, you can take the Orange Line train towards the Loop and transfer to the Brown Line at the Belmont station. Take the Brown Line train towards Kimball and get off at the Wellington station, which is located in the heart of Lakeview. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes.

If you are arriving by train, you can take the Amtrak or Metra train to Union Station in downtown Chicago. From there, you can take the Brown Line train towards Kimball and get off at the Wellington station in Lakeview. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

HOUSE RULES

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
