This spectacular bayfront property with spectacular views the bay and bridge will not disappoint. This 4 bedroom/4 bath property sleeps 13 comfortably and every detail in this home was considered during construction. From the beautiful hardwood floors, to the lighting, to the spa-like bathrooms, this space is just as beautiful on the inside as the view enjoyed daily from the private balcony. Enjoy fishing? Best Choice On The Bay offers full access to the dock right out your backdoor! Have a boat or a personal watercraft? Not a problem! You will be able to wave goodbye to your friends and family drinking their coffee on the balcony as you set sale from your backdoor!

Although it is not included in the rental, it may be available for shared use at owner's discretion and on a last minute availability based owner's need. We are more than happy to offer/share if the opportunity is available but it is not included in the rental. The rental unit is on the first finished level of living space and is above the ground level entry. The ground level of the building houses the garage for this home as well as the garage for the home on the top floor; their is a main entry for both units at ground level
