Beautiful 6 Bed / 6 Bath newly renovated. Perfect multi-family lakefront home!

Start making those family vacation memories today in this spacious, beautiful home. Located at the 10 mm, this open concept home has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. (see detailed bedroom/bathroom descriptions below.) Prepare large meals in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with seating for 23 ppl or grill out and enjoy the lake views from the enormous multi level tiered deck. After a day on the water come back and relax outside on the private dock, take in a movie in the theater room, hang out at the wet bar, lounge out and catch a game or play some shuffleboard. Our private dock includes table seating for 8, outdoor TV with wireless speakers, large fan, 2 covered boat slips, 2 drive on jet ski lifts, a jump platform, swim ladder, maui mat and sun loungers all for our guests to enjoy.
So much to do at this location with a world of outdoor space. Situated off of the main channel but close enough so you can quickly get to the bars and restaurants around the lake. Perfect home for large groups and families to be together!

The house was perfect for our family of 12. Every bedroom had their own bathroom - which was amazing!! Our rental boat and jet skis were delivered to the dock. Unfortunately, the dock did not have the jet ski lifts that had been pictured. However, we made it work. Great vacation!

The house looked just like the pictures. SO much room for the 12 of us. 4 kids, 8 adults. I liked the fact that kids had their own bathroom and each couple had their own private bedroom/bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could make various types of meals. Lots of spices, oil, pancake mix,, etc! We had plenty of water toys, floats and 2 kayaks. In the pictures it looks like there is a beach but there is not. Great dock with a large tv, lounge chairs and 2 sets of table and chairs. We did rent a pontoon boat from Point Oasis and they were wonderful to work with. Lake of the Ozarks is gorgeous. We’re so happy we chose this for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time!!!

Nice House for the entire family

The property is nice and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for the 13 of us.The water got a little choppy at times because of the restaurant/bar at the end of the cove.

Beautiful sunsets

Although it is steep, the driveway accommodated our 6 vehicles. It was nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs for our group of 12 adults to gather together during rainy weather. Great outdoor deck areas in back to enjoy the waterfront and evening sunsets.

Great Stay

This house was perfect for our annual friends and family lake trip. It accommodated our large group (20 people). Tons of table space between the big kitchen tables and the outdoor seating. The swim platform, fishing on the dock, playing shuffleboard, and the theater room provided lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Hosts provided prompt and pleasant responses anytime I asked a question or needed to communicate with them. Our group would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

The home was in a great location and good amount of beds and baths. Good spaces with sitting areas too. However, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property. A terrible ant problem in the kitchen on counters and floors. Dirty bathrooms with black rings in toilets and hair in showers. The front porch area was filled with bugs and spiders. The deck off kitchen needed cleaned and ants and spiders all over furniture cushions. I know it’s the lake but did not seem to be cleaned close to our arrival date. Good dock space and lily pad were nice additions. We had a lake place for 29 years so we know what it takes to keep property ready to use.

Family Vacation on Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks

This great property is located in a large cove off the main channel of LOZ. Your are close to restaurants and fun activities by water or road. The property is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It accommodated all family members from adults to teenagers to young kids. The lake views are gorgeous and the dock provides swimming and sunning opportunity. A great week.

Family reunion

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of table space for cards, beautiful spot on the lake for swimming, and great media room for late night movies. The house was beautiful with plenty of dishes, towels, and cozy blankets to ensure everyone was comfortable.

Great house!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house has so so much room and was perfect for our group. It sleeps way more people than what we needed but to have all the room and bathrooms was great. Its a really gorgeous home! It was super clean and well stocked. The huge deck and location on the lake was awesome as well. The lake can be pretty rough on the boat in the slip here. Not anyones fault just a heads up. We really enjoyed our stay here! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great for a large group

Fair location on the lake, a bit choppy at times due to main channel proximity, but closeness to Frankie & Louies was the gain. Had some issues with wifi router, tho the owner went the extra mile to quickly replace with a new suggested mesh system which worked great afterward. Having a garage fridge was a must. Onsite kayaks and swim mat were great to have. The seating in the kitchen nook and main dining area worked out well for our group of 15-17. In hindsight, the only thing I’d think about going forward was not being further up in a cove.

So great!

This place is all that's advertised and more! We had 4 families (plus a couple extra adults) and fit here comfortably. It was important for us to have our own space, and we were easily able to give every family their own bathroom for the week (and we still had an extra!). The converted kids room was the game changer for us as all the kids were able to have their own space to relax and sleep, which also gave the adults the ability to hang out after the kids went to bed without having to sneak around the house. The location is great and we spent pretty much every day either on the boat or at the dock. The water can get choppy here due to the business of the water traffic in the area but it didn't bother us or our kids a bit. This place is definitely one to book for large groups. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful property

This property is perfect for large families. We were impressed at the cleanliness and upscale furnishings in the house. We traveled with our extended family of 13 kids and 7 adults and there was plenty of space for the teens and younger kids to spread out. There was enough to do at the house without ever leaving. The kids enjoyed swimming, fishing and kayaks were provided. One night we had a big storm hit the house and the breakers were tripped. We contacted the owners and they were prompt in getting back to us and even sent an electrician out the next day to check everything to make sure it was safe. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house and owners!

Great home for families or large groups

The home is great for large groups/families! Very well stocked for kitchen needs, towels, and lots of rooms to play in. Beds are comfy. The dock is wonderful and the kids (and grown ups) loved the kayaks, the Maui mat, and the platform/ladder. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. If we ever go back to Lake of the Ozarks we will stay there!

Family vacation

We stayed at this amazing property for a big family vacation and it was perfect!! The house is huge and has tons of room to play and hangout. The big deck with chairs was our favorite place to hangout in the evening. My family is a big water sport family which was a little difficult with all the boat traffic to Fank and Louie’s but there are several coves nearby you can find smooth water in. We were there over July 4th which may have been why the water was more rough in front of the house but the fireworks you see make the boat traffic completely worth it!! Overall it’s a great property, great location, and the owners are very kind!

Yearly family trip.

After a couple hiccups to start the trip, we had a great time. Jennifer was extremely helpful taking care of a few issues we had when we arrived. She quickly solved our problems and went above and beyond to make things right. House has very nice rooms and furnishings. Dock is in a busy cove, so without a boat lift, we kept the boat out of the dock during the weekend. We had a great time, and really enjoyed the location near so many restaurants.

Great weekend at the lake!

Property was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had more than enough space. Kids loved swimming off the dock when we weren't out boating. They loved the surf shack and theater as well! Kitchen was perfect for making a big breakfast every morning. The neighbors were very friendly!

Great Layout

We had 9 adults on this trip and this house was laid out beautifully! Plenty of room in common areas that nobody felt on top of each other. House was the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. They have everything you could ever need to cook for a large group. Got to meet one of the owners upon checkin (we were a little early) nicest people. He even followed up with a text mid week to make sure everything was going well for us. 5 star hosts for sure. We will be staying here again!

Thanks for a great vacation

What a great property. The house and it's amenities were perfect. We had 4 couples and we never felt crowded. The dock was fantastic and plenty big enough for our boat. The house is located in a nice location in a cove off the main channel. The hosts are also wonderful to work with and very responsive. When we come back I will definitely look at renting this home again.

We are two families from Colorado who love Lake of the Ozarks. We have purchased this home for personal use but also to share with other families who love to gather at the lake. We hope you enjoy it!

Miksi majoittaja valitsi tämän majoituspaikan

We love this house because it has so much room both indoors and out. It is also located in the area we love. Close to the main channel but far enough off that you don't have rough water all the time. It's also close to many of the restaurants we love or a quick boat ride to the south end, the Gravois Mills Arm, Grand Glaize Arm/Ozark State Park, and the Bagnell Dam. A complete renovation was completed in the offseason of 2022 and makes the house ideal for multiple families as there are now 3 full King Suites with private bathrooms and an amazing kids bunk room. We also just had a new concrete dock installed in April of 2023. It is much heavier than the previous wooden dock and handles even the busy, rough water holidays well. You will truly enjoy the enormous multi-level deck which is really nice for hanging outdoors, grilling, sunning or whatever. Heck you could have a wedding out there!
