Beautiful beachfront home Surfside Beach

Beach front home, fully furnished. 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Laundry also under the home. Everything you need is furnished. I am sure you will enjoy this home, AND THE BILLION DOLLAR view :-) This house has featured on HGTV Beach Front Bargain hunt!

Treasure Island is across the San Luis Pass from the west end of Galveston. We are located on the bend where the Gulf of Mexico goes through the Pass into Galveston West Bay. It is an great sight with plenty of pretty water views! This area is a bird and fishing paradise. Miles remote wide beaches and the best shells on the Texas coast. Just 30 minutes away is historic Galveston. There you can enjoy Schlitterbahn water park, Moody Gardens, Shopping on the Strand, fabulous restaurants, putt putt golf, movie theater, bike rentals and the new Pleasure Pier. There is a $2 charge each way to cross the bridge. There is so much to do in this area. You are also 20 Minutes to another great beach community called Surfside. There are great restaurants, shopping, and fishing. This is a one of the best fishing areas and is perfect for surf fishing. Surf fishing is very popular in the neighborhood at the beach in front of my house Deep water fishing can be booked out of Surfside.

Fishing and Shelling!: The shelling is fabulous. You might even go home with a sand dollar or a piece of coral. The home has all dishes, sheets and towels and beach towels. Plenty of books, games and DVD player is provided. A charcoal BBQ is also provided. The deck wraps around the home for great beach viewing. Provided is a picnic table and extra outdoor seating. Great setting on deck for Beautiful Al Fresco dining!!

Keys, Reservations, Payment and Rules: Keys, Reservations and Payment:: **Keys: Arrival- Keys will be in lock box on location. (Owners will advise of code). Keys will not be issued if signed Rental Agreement, payment protection fee and rental fees have not been received. We will either call or email you with the combination to the lock box prior to your arrival. Keys: Departure- Return all keys to the lock box after locking all doors and windows. There will be a $75 charge for keys not returned.

Rules and Rental Policy:: Music can be played out doors but please remember that the neighbors are there to enjoy themselves as well so be courteous about the volume and don't play it too late... NO PETS ALLOWED. PLEASE Do not leave trash in the house.

Amazing Beach Home
We stayed at this home with 3 small children (6, 4, 1) and it was perfect! The home was clean, and its exactly how it looked in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor patio furniture was great for relaxing. The home is literally right on the beach which is perfect when traveling with a family. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The place was not well kept,there were ants over the living area my wife and daughter got bit. The furniture was dirty and and somewhat stained. There's was rusted furniture all over. The main door was so hard to close due to lack of maintenance ( leaning to one side). If you are looking to go swimming forget it, there's so many rocks along the shore about 3~4 feet under the water, you wont see them but definitely feel them, I got scrapes and little cuts on my knees trying to swim. .. You'll definitely get your money worth somewhere else, specially if you are from out of state looking for a good vacation time.

Fishing getaway.
First impressions of the property were very good. The inside has the island vibe we were looking for. 20 feet and you are on the beach with plenty of jetty spots to fish. I caught Speckled Trout off the rocks just to the south of the front door. The beach directly in front of the house has a nice cove with white sand and the water was almost crystal clear. Directly west of the house about a good quarter mile walk the fish were plentiful, follow the birds as they lead to the bait fish which lead to the bigger fish. I could go on for days about the fishing in this area but you will see for yourself trust me. As far as the house itself Zee by far was one of the best host I have met he worked with me and was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks Zee for making this stay pretty much care fee for my family and I. I will be renting your place in the future!

So great!
This is such a perfect location to walk a few steps to what was mostly an empty beach and even on cooler days we just played games and stared out at the ocean. And it was so peaceful. We had only a couple of things happen that were completely out of the owners control but he communicated immediately with us and completely resolved everything and made sure it was up to par. We loved our stay and hope to plan another soon and would definitely recommend this place for a couple, small family (we had two adults and two young kids) or even a small group of friends. Our kids were very happy to also find beach toys as we had completely forgotten. 5 stars!

Amazing!
Pictures don’t really do it justice, when I say it’s right on the water, it’s RIGHT on the water.! Decor was so cute, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen with anything you could need. Zee was very communicative and friendly and there to help with anything we may need. Will definitely be back 😊
