Kiinteistö ostettiin vuonna 2003 ja talon rakentaminen saatiin pÀÀtökseen vuonna 2005.

KiinteistössÀ on melkein yhtÀ hehtaaria maata, joka sijaitsee lÀhellÀ kukkulan ylÀosaa, josta on nÀkymÀt Boquerónin luonnolliselle lahdelle ja sen kalastajakylÀlle sekÀ Karibianmerelle. Kaikista huoneista on upeat nÀkymÀt ympÀröiville vuorille ja avoimet viheralueet. Talossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, moderni keittiö, jossa runsaasti kaappitilaa ja kaikki ruokailuvÀlineet (kaikki ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ), hyvÀ kokki nauttii. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on mini-split ilmastointilaite, joka tarjoaa mukavuutta nukkuttaessa lÀmpiminÀ Karibian öinÀ.

PÀivÀn aikana taloa ympÀröi sijaintipaikkansa ja ympÀröivÀn topografiansa vuoksi jatkuvasti merituulet. Suuren huoneen ovet avautuvat tÀysin, jotta saadaan aikaan avoimuus, joka antaa talon asukkaiden olla yhteydessÀ kiinteistön ympÀröiviin suuriin avoimiin tiloihin ja nÀkymiin. Talossa on jatkuvasti kasvava Karibian puutarha, jossa on monia ihastuttavia saarille ominaisia kukkoja ja joitain nuoria, mutta nopeasti kasvavia hedelmÀpuita.

Talo sijaitsee kadun pÀÀssÀ ja vain vihreÀt avoimet tilat useimmilla sivuilla. Naapuruus koostuu kokonaan rÀÀtÀlöityistÀ koteista, joista suuri osa on myös loma-asuntoja saaren muissa osissa asuville omistajille ja Yhdysvalloille. TÀstÀ syystÀ naapurusto on erittÀin hiljainen ja rauhallinen, ja harvat naapurit, jotka asuvat koteissaan ympÀri vuoden, ovat erittÀin ystÀvÀllisiÀ, kohteliaita ja avuliaita.

Casa Etienne is a great rental

We had a fantastic stay! The home had everything we needed, offered an amazing view, and was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We would absolutely choose this rental again!

Beautiful and Modern home away from home

We stayed for 4 days and totally loved this place. The property is on a hill and you could notice it from far with a breath taking view of ocean. The photos don’t do justice. This is way beautiful and you must visit to experience it. We will go again the next time we r in Puerto Rico

Breathtaking hilltop view of Caribbean Sea

You feel secluded but still just minutes away from Boqueron Beach and Cabo Rojo lighthouse and Caves. Nice spacious house, enough room for everyone to either be together or do your own thing. Outside balconies and upper level loft spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend to friends. Best Pina Coladas at Los Ramos. Went back few times.

Spectacular views and beautiful property

My experience echoes that of the other reviews read. The place was amazingly clean and had killer views. Being able to let the air flow through the house meant we never turned on the A/C. Very private setting at the top of a hill, end of a dead end road. There is n orally way to walk to a beach (or anything, really) but nearby Buye beach was just about perfect. There are a number of nice small villages and mini markets within an easy drive. In Boqueron we really liked the food at Roberto's Gastroteca.

Enchanted Family Vacation..

This property was enchanting, the view was indescribably phenomenal, just as the photos promised. Property was located at the end of a cul'de sac on a hill, best view in town. The beach was a 5 minute car ride down the street, with quaint little fishing village even closer. The home was equipped with everything we needed to cook a fresh lobster feast ( lobsters bought from fishing village are the best ), everyone slept comfortably as promised. Arnaldo was very attentive and responsive with any questions we had for him. Would definitely come back again! Thank you!!

Stunning View, Sweet Serenity

Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely house, situated on a hilltop with a wondrous view. Yes, the pics are accurate. What a peaceful place, too. We agree with the reviews that highlight enjoying the patio. It also had everything we needed for our vacation. Nevermind that it was the perfect spot from which to easily explore the area and there are plenty of beautiful beaches to venture to nearby. So, we did go to Playa Sucia (Playuela), Balneario Boqueron, Buye Beach and to neighboring Lajas, to La Parguera. We recommend Mr. Special for groceries. Definitely get out for Cabo Rojo's seafood. The owner, Arnaldo, is appreciatively, very thorough and has thought of what vacationers may need. Thanks for letting us rent your space.

Felt Like a King...If Scarface had a Puerto Rican getaway this would be it!!!!

I was hesitant at first since this was my first time renting through VRBO. However, the owner's professionalism and the easy payment/deposit process got rid of any concerns. The instructions were flawless and once we arrived at the house the first thing I noticed was how clean the house was. I was very impressed with all the cooking tools and extras that come with the house. One day we wanted to go to the beach and there was a cooler for us to use. Another day we felt like snorkeling and we had multiple sets to choose from. One day we got rained in due to Tropical Storm Bertha but we just sat back and enjoyed the tropical storm from the comfort of the houses many balconies. I hope to come back to this great house again in the near future.

This house and its location is awesome because IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD. Not every place achieves this mark of excellence.Cabo Rojo has so much to offer.El Poblado, pristine beaches and more beaches, breakfasts at Criollisimo. Don't forget Marina Puerta Real is you are interested in a boat tour.

Relaxing location with amazing views

We were looking for a place in the Boqueron area, close to the beach but quiet enough to be able to work and also relax. This house provided what we were looking for and then some. Fantastic location, amazing view of the bay and let’s not talk about the sunsets. The balcony provided a perfect setting to enjoy the breeze, the view and the nature surrounding the house. Loved everything about this house (kitchen, laundry area, bathrooms, etc). The communication with the property owner was excellent and the one little issue we had with one AC unit was resolved fast. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing Home

The house is in a great location with views, beautiful beaches and good restaurants nearby. Definitely lives up to the reviews and pictures. We did have one issue but things happen and the host was responsive. Easily our top choice for staying in Cabo Rojo going forward.

Beautiful, well equipped, family friendly estate

Centrally located to Boqueron beach and others on Puerto Rico's West Coast. We loved the neighborhood, which was a concern at first. The house was super comfortable great furniture and great outdoor access for sunset dinners. It was raining hard one night and it was nice to park the car under the house. The beds were all comfortable. Great temp controls. Too many other good things to list but there is a good reason this is a 5-star property.

As far away as you can get from San Juan, its traffic, and the crowds, we located in an area surrounded by great green open spaces, many of the greatest beaches of the island within minutes, near many of the great seafood restaurants of the west coast, and yet, close enough to some of the island largest cities for great fun activities at night, shopping, and site seeing.

The house is located near the top of a hill in nearly an acre of land with great views of the natural bay of BoquerĂłn, and the Caribbean sea. Great views, continuously flowing breezes year around, open green spaces all around, quiet, peaceful, and private. These are the attributes that we value and those are the attributes our home embodies.
