" As an avid traveler, I have stayed in over 50 Airbnbs across 20 countries, and found almost all are lacking. My goal in curating this space was to stand out and apart, and give our guests an immaculate home with great amenities that we know they want. We love how peaceful it is at sunset in the backyard. There are no homes behind so you have a big beautiful Nevada sky to enjoy. You can take a dip in the pool year around with privacy to enjoy a couples retreat or hang with family and friends. If you are coming for sports events, to see family or visit the boundless nature of Southern Nevada and even Arizona, this is a perfect spot. "

Charming 1 story pool home in quiet Henderson, NV! near Las Vegas. Boundless outdoors amenities of Henderson. Spacious living room includes smart TV to stream all your favorite channels. Well-equipped kitchen is perfect to cook a meal for you or your family. Relax by the refreshing pool, with loungers, outdoor dining and a propane BBQ grill..
Primary suite includes an en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Home is freshly painted with all new furniture and decor.

Beautiful quiet community with a large green park with shaded areas. Easy access to the River Mountain Loop trail system

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking.
Pool heating is available for $60 per night

*There are 2 security cameras in the property:

1 located at Doorbell
1 located in Front (facing the street)

All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)

Awesome house!
We had a hockey tournament in the LV area. The house was local to most rinks and made it easy to rest and relax after each game. Everything went smooth and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Wonderful Home
Would go back in a heartbeat. Everything that was great: Property Manager was quick & sensitive & responsive. The heated pool was lived in for hours at a time. The rooms were large and comfortable. The towel supply felt unlimited. Three comfortable places to eat and hang out in kitchen/dining room. Wonderful couch that seemed to magically turn into bed with almost no physical effort. The a-c was perfect. There were 8 of us age 4-65 & all were super comfortable & relaxed. To quote the 8 year old: "I'm gonna miss this place."

Nice could be better
We had various issues with the outside area 1. Plastic foliage off the wall left around pool area 2 metal wall plaques fallen off wall left around pool area. 3. Had to request a pool clean not been done. 4. That green cushion you see on photo in terrible dirty state with cigarette burn. 5. Water hose pipe leaking ( couldn't water dying plants) or rinse around pool area. 6. No outside broom to clear away debris 7. Festoon outside lights not all working with hanging live wire. Inside. 1. A dangerous faulty iron with live wires exposed. 2. Master shower had what looked like thick glue or corking running down the wall and on bottom of shower tray. 3. The quality of bed linen not great pillows very thin and sweat stained UGH. Now having said all that Shawn responded very quickly to all the outside issues replaced garden hose and dirty cushion, sent maintenance to tidy up pool area and arranged a pool clean. He sent a new iron also. If checks were more thorough before guests checked in all these issues would have been picked up? Its not guest responsibility to do maintenance checks.We were there for 14 nights checked out 10th aug so the next guests would have found a more pleasant arrival then we did we left the outside in a nicer state we even nurtured some plants back to life. Again Shawn's reaction to these problems were prompt, he sent us a box of cookies for our disappointment so thank you for that.could be a really good house if they upped the standards
