This comfortable, two-story home is the perfect mix of modern and rustic charms. Spend unforgettable times in the open concept living space that seamlessly combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen. It offers vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of sunlight.

The gorgeous and well-equipped living area is the perfect place to unwind at home. Boasting comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a TV with cable, you will not want to leave. The living area opens to a patio with an outdoor dining area.

The marvelous kitchen is simply a delight. The group's chef will fall in love with all the modern stainless steel appliances available, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher. You will even have both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot and a tiled island that seats four. The adjoining wooden dining table seats six more people.

The loft area upstairs offers a nice sleeping nook, and the other bedroom on this level has a private balcony.

K-cups for the Keurig are not provided.
The WiFi can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there are not many people in town, the internet is high-speed. The internet will ebb and flow as the town fills up and people stream.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
