Just Down from Destin is the Gulf front luxury experience you are looking for! Enjoy the quiet end of the beach that is just a quick ten minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Destin. Located in sought after Bella Riva, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom retreat offers 449 square feet of balcony space to enjoy the sensational Gulf sunsets with a glass (or two!) of wine and over 2200 square feet of living space!

Enjoy a chef-inspired kitchen with Viking appliances including a gas stovetop and an ice maker! The dining table comfortably seats 8-9, and an additional 5 at the island. There is also a table and seating for 8 on the patio. The full-size washer and dryer are perfect for the 8-9 guests this incredible condo can comfortably accommodate.

2 seasonal beach chairs and umbrella included, as well as beach towels.

The gulf facing master bedroom includes a king size bed and an attached bath with two sinks, soaking tub, and shower.

The second master bedroom is also gulf facing with an attached bath and a king size bed.

The third bedroom has an adorable triple bunkbed, twin on top, with two full/queen mattresses underneath.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed.

Enjoy a chef-inspired kitchen with Viking appliances including a gas stovetop and an ice maker!

Great family spot!

The condo was so spacious and beautiful!! We had 10 people total and never once felt crowded. The beach chairs were perfect, we will def be back!

Perfect Spot!

Just down from Destin was the perfect place to stay. The beach was nice and the places to eat around here were fantastic! My family loved it so much that we have already decided to come back to the same place next year!

Beautiful property, exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Wonderful large tables indoor and out with ample seating for our family of seven. Okaloosa Island was beautiful as always. Only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer.

Friends and family yearly vacay

Fabulous time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The location, beach access, nearby restaurants, etc make this a great choice. The host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. This was truly a home-away-from-home.

Family time at the Beach

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to get to the beach with no roads to cross. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. The place was very clean and the balcony is amazing for just sitting out and enjoying the ocean waves and the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be coming back.

Family beach vacay

We spent a fabulous week at the Bella Riva with our family. Nine of us fit comfortably. The condo is spacious and has a great kitchen. The balcony is huge with breath taking views of the gulf.

Stellar condo with fabulous balcony

We needed a fairly large condo for our family and this was perfect. Beautiful condo. Roomy and tastefully decorated. Large kitchen with Viking appliances. The balcony is huge with a gorgeous view of one of the best beaches in the country. Parking and entry was easy and the hostess was accessible. The best vacation rental we’ve used yet. I highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean!

Beautiful and clean!. We have stayed at Bella Riva many times but this particular unit is our favorite. The three bedrooms have king-size beds which was great. It was decorated so nice. We will definitely stay again.

The condo was more than we expected! So wonderful! The host was so responsive! Beautiful location! Gorgeous beach! Spectacular sunsets! Lots to do with the littles. I’d give it ten stars if I could!!

Relaxing family time

Condo is just as advertised. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Seven people with plenty of room. Have been to Ft Walton several times and this was one of the nicest places we stayed. Saw dolphins from the balcony every morning.

Beautiful condo and huge balcony

Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful and very spacious with a huge comfortable balcony. All the beds were very comfortable and Also had a built in ice maker was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Lily for everything.

Impressed with this condo

From the moment we walked into the condo, we loved it! It's spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was a lovely place to dine or just sit & watch/listen to the ocean. It was well stocked for items needed & a few extra perks--hand soap, shower gel, etc. We liked being toward the end of the beach, it seemed more private!

Perfect Family Vacation

Family vacation to celebrate my mom and dads 50th anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. It is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Just go ahead and book it. You won’t be sorry. The deck was wonderful and the house easily accommodated our family giving everyone there own space. The pool was nice and heated. We hope to come back again next year.

Wonderful 40th birthday celebration

Just spent a wonderful week at this property. Everything was wonderful! We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The host is very attentive, and the cleaning crew was great. It was spotless when we checked in. The only thing we noticed it needed was more kitchen towels. We will definitely return!

Absolutely our favorite!

This condo is everything and more than expected, the pictures do not do it justice! There is so much room, we never felt cramped at all and it has one of the most comfortable couches ever! The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. The communication with the owner was very prompt whenever I asked questions. I cannot say enough about this rental, we will definitely be renting it again!

Great condo

Every thing was great except it offered free WiFi and there was none so I had to rearrange my schedule because of that which wasted two days of my vacation and the owner never offered any compensation … but ask me to let the repairman in I would stay again because of location and property But when you offer something and you tell the owner it’s not working they should get it fixed or offer you something for the amount of money spent !!!

Spring Break 2022

Can’t beat this property! Water is beautiful, beaches are clean, large and comfy deck with access from 2 master suites, well maintained pool and hot tub-we really had no complaints! There are plenty of places to eat close, a large fridge for a big group, separate ice maker for coolers/drinks and you’re RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We really enjoyed our stay! When we had a small hiccup with a few appliances after a major storm the owner was easy to contact and quick to get addressed. 100% recommend.

Highly Recommend!!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway! The condo is even more spacious than the pictures show and was perfect for our family (6 adults, 2 kiddos). It's located in a smaller, secure complex with chair/umbrella service right on the beach. And oh my gosh, the balcony!! Amazing views. The hosts are very responsive and helpful with any questions. Only complaint is that the week went by way too fast! ;) We can't wait to come back!!
