nearby. If you’re looking for a quiet escape within minutes from town, this is the place for you.

Gracious Hosts, Perfect Stay

Our hosts Bob and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Their property was clean, welcoming and peaceful. We are so glad we decided to stay at their vacation rental vs a hotel in Syracuse. We felt like we were staying with family and enjoyed every minute we were there. When you walk into this home. It raps you in a huge hug. You immediately feel at peace and like your home. Sharon alway leave a wonderful goody on the counter for you. This is the 3rd time staying here. We highly recommend it for you on the counter

Great stay

Home away from home

Bob and Sharon are very gracious hosts and have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They have created a place of peace. We were able to host a dinner for our family, which gave both my daughters and myself such pleasure. We will definitely plan to stay again, when visiting my family in the area.

We loved it - it felt like home and was so cozy. We were impressed by all of the kind touches to welcome us. After very busy days, it was so nice to enjoy the peace of the porches. We had never used VRBO before and the entire process was very easy. So sorry it had to end - thank you!

Charming country home in Baldwinsville, NY

Lovely private and cozy home located about 45 minutes west of Syracuse. Hosts were gracious and generous and offered full use of all kitchen appliances. Enjoyed having access to Alexa for music and was thrilled to watch the hummingbirds and other critters in action. You will certainly appreciate the bucolic views and the ability to escape from civilization!

Great place to stay

Sharon and Bob are great host. I love the homemade cookies and the bottled wine that they provided the home was very charming and relaxing. We loved the bird feeder. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

Peace, quiet and well stocked

The house is immaculate & well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the setting is serene, the hosts are great communicators, hospitable, flexible and generous. The ~30 minute drive into Syracuse is indisputably offset by all the area and hosts offer - do yourself a favor and stay here!

Our stay here was fabulous. The hosts were very accommodating, generous and made us feel at home. They left us welcoming gifts upon our arrival. Communications were great. Response time for fast. We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners and I feel I have made a friend. We will be back to this beautiful again. I can wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful Christmas family gathering

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day day at this property. From the initial contact with the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating and responsive. From the moment we walked into the home we felt so relaxed as the property was immaculate, and the owners Bob and Sharon left us a lovely Christmas card, homemade cookies, and a bottle of wine, and even left us bacon, eggs, and English muffins for our breakfast. There was a decorated Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations and lights which really added to the atmosphere. We had a last-minute change of plans regarding how we would host our annual Christmas Eve festivities with our children and grandchildren, and felt so fortunate to be able to hold the gathering here. The furnishings were so comfortable. Everyone felt as if they were at home. We stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this was the best experience we have ever had! We will hope to return for another stay!
