Welcome to Ciao Bella, this beautiful beach home sleeps up to 18 guests and includes 6 bedrooms, 5 of which have full private bathrooms and 2 half baths! Located in the Seacrest Beach community, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, you have some of the best shopping and restaurants right next to you. The large front lanai with fireplace and TV are perfect for outdoor entertaining and the driveway will accommodate three vehicles. With dedicated beach access and amenities that include a 12,000 SF waterfall lagoon pool, Ciao Bella can make your vacation dreams come true.

As you enter this exquisite home through the foyer which leads to the spacious living area with wood beams, hickory floors and a 60'' recessed TV with fireplace and shiplap surround. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream. Cooking and entertaining will come with ease while here at Ciao Bella. On the first floor you will find the Master en suite with a King bed accompanied by twin bunks and private balcony. On the second floor is where you will find the 3 King Master suites, one with a connecting bunkroom and 1 Queen ensuite. The third floor features a large game/bunk room perfect for the kids with an expansive wrap around open deck and covered tower to enjoy views of Rosemary Beach. Bring your family and friends to Ciao Bella and make memories that will last a lifetime!

2. Visit the beach and enjoy free pick up and drop off at the beach access point with the seasonal tram service

4. Rent paddle boards, canoes, beach chairs and make the best of your beach vacation

Where should we eat?
1. George's in Alys Beach for a great patio lunch
2. Amici's is a great place nearby, perfect for families
3. Pescado Roof Top Restaurant for an afternoon drink overlooking The Gulf
4. Shades at the Loop for a great family style restaurant or a late night

What about the kids?

Perfect Family Vacation House
We loved everything about the house and the community. The house was beautiful and was able to sleep three families comfortably with Children. We loved how safe it was for the kids to ride bikes to the pool and shops and be so close to home. Lots of great restaurant options and to have live music each night was a bonus. We will definitely be back and Ciao Bella did not disappoint!

Amazing location!
As for the house itself, we would rate it only “good” due to its lived-hard condition and cleanliness issues, but would give an “excellent” rating for the layout (great for our two families of 6), proximity to the beach/restaurants/shops, and super convenient beach tram service. There are some specific issues that need to be addressed: * Fake eyelashes stuck on art in one bathroom * Dried contact lens on counter in another * Several dirty toilets - weird black scum around the bowl * Several stove burners didn't work * Painting in kitchen won't stay on wall - frame is broken and it blows off the wall every time the side door is opened * Countertop ice maker had bugs in it * No hot pads * Some bath towels were folded/put away very damp * Upstairs windows were open when we arrived and AC off upstairs (thermostat hard to find behind laundry barn door) * No fitted or flat sheet on one of the king beds, just bare mattress (yuk) with flat sheet tucked around it and light quilt * No comforters, only very thin quilts on some beds * Broken side glass door (won't close) and electronic lock doesn't work However, even with these issues, the good far outweighed the not-so-good and we had a wonderful time! We would stay at Ciao Bella in Seacrest again - but hopefully the issues would be addressed before we come back next year! :)

Perfect House
This was a great house to accommodate 14 guests. We had plenty space. It's close to peddlers, short walk to pool and quick tram ride to ocean. When we arrived the dishwasher was not working the first day. We called them and they were there the next day and got it fixed. We had a problem with 3rd floor TV also and when called they were there in 2 hours to fix. It was a wonderful family vacation.

Nice house but the complex is too crowded
House was nice and looked just like the pictures. Good location in walking to Rosemary but getting to the beach or pool was rough. Trams very inconsistent and take too long. Pool and beach are not suitable for the number of people In the community. Can't find a beach chair or a pool chair unless you are super early. That made it less relaxing. Not having a dishwasher for a week when you have 18 people was another pain. We're told it was going to fixed but didn't happen. Paradise was nice about it but as long time 30A people we won't go back to Seacrest.
