Villa Alamandra on yhden perheen koti Turtle BeachillÀ, josta on 180 asteen nÀkymÀt Karibialle ja sisarisaarelle Nevisille. Kauniilla 3000 jalkaa Mt. Nevis 2 mailia meren yli. 2 minuutin kÀvelymatka vie sinut kauniille ja eristÀytyneelle Turtle Beachille.

Olohuoneemme, ruokailutila, keittiö ja Master-sviitti ovat pÀÀkerroksessa kauniilla luonnonpuulla varustetuilla holvikattoilla. Veranta ja uima-allas sijaitsevat samassa kerroksessa. Gourmet-varustettuna mittatilaustyönÀ kaikki sÀhkökeittiöt tÀysikokoisilla ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistetuilla laitteilla ja graniittiset työtasot. Nauti nÀkymÀstÀ ruokaa valmistettaessa puolipyöreÀllÀ keittiön saarella. RuokapöytÀ mahtuu 6-8.

Kaikki kylpyhuoneet on varustettu mukautetuilla turhuilla ja graniittiset työtasot. Kaikki 3 300 neliöjalkaa lattiapÀÀllysteet on peitetty 18X18-tuodulla travertiinilaatalla. Suuri makuuhuone (king) ja kylpy sekÀ 2 isoa vierashuonetta (kuningatar), joissa kaikissa ranskalaiset ovet verannalle ja terassille, ilmastointi ja tuulettimet. Pesutupa, jossa ilmastointi. Olohuone avautuu katetulle verannalle liukuva lasiseinÀ.

Olemme sijaitsevat hyvin yksinoikeudella Turtle Beach Estates SE niemimaalla. Olemme myös kÀvelyetÀisyydellÀ Cockleshell BeachistÀ, josta löydÀt rentouttavassa ympÀristössÀ Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, vesiurheilumahdollisuuksien keskus ja Spice Mill -ravintola.

The location and views of the property are simply amazing. The picture on the listing barely gives it service to just what an amazing view it is. That being said, that's about all the property really has going for it. I'm sure that 10-15 years ago the house was in its prime. However, you can see as soon as you arrive that it has not been all that well maintained. From a half broken "For Sale" sign on the front gate (and the property is for sale) to the once nice pool features that no longer function you can see that the house hasn't been properly kept up with for some time. There is virtually no water pressure in the shower, the water and ice dispenser on the fridge don't work, the bedroom air conditioner is quite loud, and the are several spots of monkey dung on the back patio (despite both the housekeeper and pool guy coming during our stay and not cleaning it up). Again, if you're just looking for a place to stay with an incredible view then this is you place. If you're planning to stay in the villa for a few days and relax, there are better and more updated options in the area.

Spectacular views!

We loved Villa Allamandra! There are spectacular views from the patio and pool area out into the ocean and across the channel to Nevis!We scuba dived, sailed and snorkelled - and the island of St. Kitts is beautiful!The owners were great with communication and the villa was very comfortable for 6 people.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa and visiting St Kitts! We highly recommend a trip to Nevis! We hiked the volcano on St Kitts, took in Lobster Fest at Reggae Beach, dined at Spice Mill, Arthur’s, Ship Wreck, Marshall’s, and another stop on the Frigate strip. The kitchen at the Villa was perfect for prepping breakfast and lunch and enjoying it on the patio. The views are spectacular! A note - the Saturday morning market is no longer in operation down the road at “Cotton Farm” (I can’t remember the exact name of it right now).

Hillside villa

A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay

It's amazing. Just as listed. Everything on the property is perfect. Only complaint is the road to the unit. Pot hole hell. Not their fault and they can't change that.

Please skip this rental. The hosts are complete nightmare. Upon arrival,I was made aware that the oven did not work
.and then I discovered that the electric stove did not work either. I contacted the host immediately, and they responded by telling me that their electrician said it work two days ago. I explained that I turned all the burners on but still no heat. They suggested if I really needed a stove top I could by a hot plate in town. Also, the ac in the master was not working. Told them about this , and was told to check circuit breakers and I kinds of run around. I checked the breakers and they looked fine. I am not an electrician and was not about to be flipping switches in a foreign country. The host stated that the electrician can come out in 3 days. At that point, stated that I was on vacation and could not deal with all these problems, so I would have to find another place to stay .We stayed one night shared rooms because it was tooo hot to sleep in the master, and you cant leave the windows and doors open due to the monkeys. We left the house the following morning. Once the host looked on her cameras and saw that we rented the house next door, they became upset and petty. They harassed me every day for me to cancel the rental because I made them lose money. I contacted Vrbo , and they stated that the host must cancel. They kept inboxing stating that the would charge me for every day I did not cancel. Vrbo got me my refund. Please trust the negative reviews.

Great location

The views from the villa were exceptional. We loved the secluded beaches near the villa. They provided exactly what we wanted on this family Christmas vacation. Spent most of our days snorkeling and swimming. Our grandchildren are young so keep in mind your expectations. We feel we stayed on the best end of St. Kitts.

Classy Villa, Beautiful Views

Beautiful views, comfortable house, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. Our stay here was short (2 days), after staying at another villa, but we really enjoyed our time here. The owners were very nice and helpful on our arrival. We would definitely recommend Villa Alamandra.

great layout, great views, great location!

the property certainly was consistent with the pictures and representation in the listing - but I’d say the best part of this rental was the communication with the owners before and during the stay - they offered lots of recommendations, which were super helpful as we had not been to St Kitts before, and they were very responsive when I reached out at any point before or during the stay. I definitely recommend this property and owner.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property owners, Buzz and Lisl, were so wonderful with communication and giving us helpful information for our stay. The 5 star reviews are accurate, this property is exceptional. The house is clean, has a million dollar view and is very spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts. The hosts are very attentive and helped make our trip go smoothly. We will definitely be back.

Really great stay

Overall it was a really nice stay. Everything we needed was there. The walk to the beach only took about 5 minutes, and the beach was really nice and quiet. There was plenty of everything we needed for our entire 9 days. I did read where someone complained about not enough toilet paper and detergent in another review. I’m not sure what they are used to, but toilet paper, dish, and laundry detergent is something we always bring with us on our stays at this type of property. Over all it was beautiful and quiet location. Getting there was a little ruff, and because our plane got in late from a 5 hour delay, and we had to taxi up at night and back down the next to pick our rental. Make sure you have transportation, taxi are $50 each trip.

This three-bedroom villa is exactly as advertised, if not better! We stayed four weeks in this immaculate and well-appointed home and came to love it. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. Our daily walks were rigorous, to say the least, due to the steep hills, but the views were worth it! The view from the verandah overlooking the strait between St Kitts and Nevis is captivating, as are the stars at night 
 and the occasional troupe of vervet monkeys who visited the grounds to graze. Lisl & Buzz were wonderful to work with — helpful, accommodating and quick to reply to WhatsApp messages. A five-star villa for certain!

My wife grew up in Austria and I was raised in Florida and we both love the tropical climate and the Caribbean. We have traveled the world and sailed to many of the Caribbean islands but fell in love with Turtle Beach on St. Kitts. Although our children are on their own, they take any opportunity to visit us on Turtle Beach.
