Clean and casual, this condo is perfect for a small group looking to get away to the beach. All ground floor, no one has to struggle with stairs to get to their bedroom. Step inside and feel the cool air provided by a portable air conditioning unit. The open kitchen is set up to take on everyone's meal preferences. Don't let the condo's size fool you - guests will enjoy access to a private washer/dryer and a shared gas grill during their stay. Each bedroom features a mounted flatscreen TV, so everyone can watch what they like. The furnished patio is a great spot to enjoy some fresh air while the sun goes down.

There is no camera view of the shared grill area or the 2 lawn chairs where guest would congregate.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Perfect stay

Cutest vacay stay. It’s a 1 bedroom with a couch pull out bed. Only big enough for 2 adults. Everything was great!

Did most of the job

Was not the cleanest. Floors were dirty and bedding didn’t seam clean. Old stains on comforter and moldy stain in sheets four couch bed. No broom in unit to manage beach sand so had to wear shoes in unit to avoid that. Oven was broke so some of our groceries went to waste. Reached out for repair but nothing. Coffee pot only works if you prop pot on edge of burner to put more pressure in the filter opening. Did its job for an affordable stay but was disappointed in function and cleanliness. Also had a musty smell.

Close to beach!

The place was cute but not really really clean. The toilet seat was broken, the air conditioner would not blow cool air. I took the filters out and they were not clean but did not work even after cleaning. The cabin above us had large dogs running back and forth and barking. The new kitchen was very pleasant!

Awful expensive stay!

I spent a lot of money on this trip only to walk into a huge pile of dirty laundry on the bed. The bed was not made and the place was filthy. The floors were covered in dirt and sand. The floor mat around the toilet was totally disgusting. There was one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. As other reviewers have said, the door was really hard to unlock and open. When I reached out to Vacasa about the issues they kept saying someone would get back to me to resolve things but they never did. I will never ever stay here or anywhere that Vacasa has anything to do with again. For the amount of money I spent to celebrate a birthday weekend it should have been a relaxing weekend. Instead it was filled with stress and frustration that no one even bothered to try to resolve.

Misrepresented Advertising

Pros - Close to beach & front strip Cons - Advertising misrepresents the property. Nancys Villa was not a villa. It was Unit C, one of about 5 condos in a tired block. The sofa bed shown in the photos was not provided. Instead an inferior dirty one was installed. Seriously warped floor preventing door closing compromising privacy. Dirty. Floors covered in sand. Master bed sheets dirty. Linen in the cupboard stained. Master bed collapsing. Mattress supported by wooden board that spanned only 3/4 of the bed width leaving an uncomfortable ledge tipping the person on that side out the bed. The unit is ground floor. Every night of our 3 day stay heavy footsteps on the paper thin ceiling kept us awake until the small hours of the morning. During our last night water dripped from the ceiling via a light fitting. Overall we were very disappointed and would not stay again.

The overall accommodations were not everything we were expecting. We were expecting a much more renovated newer build condo; the moisture definitely makes itsself know, especially in the bathroom, but this was good for our specific needs.

We rate our experience as Mediocre at best. Our opinions follow:The bathroom was not clean or in good repair.The amenities were not as advertised.We were expecting a washer and dryer. We were disapointed when we couldn't find the washer/dryer even though they were specifically mentioned in the amenities and "About this property" sections. We did find the dryer vent location (see pics).A washer/dryer is one of our minimum requirements when looking for a rental.We then checked the list for missing items and couldn't find the iron/ironing board or first aid kit listed in amenities.There were several damaged items like blinds, shelves, vanity, door stop, and missing items we didn't want to be blamed/charged for. See pics.We called Vacasa support. Very nice on the phone. We even recieved a Sunday evening call from Massachusetts management. They promised the local management folks would contact us Monday. No one followed up.The kitchen cleanliness was questionable. See oven door pic.The stove worked but the oven was marginal. It would not heat above 350. It took approximately an hour to reach 325 and another hour it was at 350. After 2 hours, we gave up on "heating" and cooked dinner at lower temp for longer. When finished cooking, the oven was still hovering at 350.Overall the dining room and the bedroom were about what we expected.We have been to Hampton Beach before. Lovely area. We plan to return but will not stay at a place managed by Vacasa again.

Nice Condo in a convenient neighborhood

Clean comfy place with sufficient parking & accessibility.I would recommend this unit for rental. Close to all the best bars, beach, stores & arcades.

Nice little apartment, queen size bed and TV in bedroom, fold down couch ,( full size) TV in living room.. small refrigerator, full size stove and microwave.. awesome water pressure in shower.. nice quiet neighborhood..short walk to everything..

Lovely little villa

I really enjoyed my extended off season stay at this sweet little spot! I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. The bathroom is small with a narrow doorway very close to the toilet.It's a great place and I'd love to come back again!

Hampton haunt

I don’t exactly know what to begin, but this is going to be a long list. Please heed my warning this all started out like a dream. The first day we got there. The property was right close to the beach explaining my three star location. It was close to all restaurants, beach casino that was a pleasure. Let’s continue to Monday. that’s when the nightmare began. I had stayed in because I had a bit of a stomachache. I had brought some food cereal, milk just a staple to have a quick breakfast. I went to turn on the kitchen sink water and out flew no a swarm of GNATS there goes my appetite. I open the box of cereal more GNATS landed up throwing out two boxes of cereal OK I understand. I looked down on my white bag from Food . I had brought in from the night before of insects and this was in a closed container. I was extremely surprised it’s truly sad that something like this needed to happen next we go to the towel situation. I am a clean person and so is my son. We usually take a bath in the morning and a bath at night which is OK you can use one set of towels, but I was given a bit of a hard time to explain myself why I needed extra towels we were supplied with , three sets walking in for a Sunday through Thursday stay I get the whole save the environment vibe but eventually you need new towels you sweat you go to the beach you walk around you wanna be clean and fresh for a vacation next we go to see the television entertain us No television noItelevision no Internet copleteme

Very nice little get away.
