Welcome to Alpine Bay Chalet a custom built home located in Boulder Bay. Just a short walk to the lake and a few minutes drive from the Village and local shopping.

The open feeling family room provides a great place to relax. With floor to ceiling windows you can take in the wooded view. Have a fire in the European wood burning fireplace. There is a large flatscreen TV with Netflix & Disney Plus and extra comfy seating and a futon bed. You can also gain deck access from the family room.

The dining and kitchen area provide a great place to gather. With a country style breakfast nook there is enough seating for your entire group. The well appointed kitchen has all basic amenities including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave dishwasher is provided.

Down the hall is the first bedroom, offering a queen bed, ample closet space and a flatscreen TV. Down the hall is a full bath and a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer available for your use.

Head upstairs where you will find a loft with a small office space, perfect for studying, zoom meetings or building a puzzle. There is a full size bathroom in the hall. At the end is the second bedroom offering two twin over queen bunks, large Flatscreen TV, ample closet space and deck access. You can also enjoy a friendly game of Foosball.

For more entertainment, step into the converted garage/game room. Equipped with an air hockey table, flatscreen TV and vintage style arcade game. For some fresh air and outdoor relaxation, step out back and enjoy a barbecue on the propane grill, or soak in the hot tub. Alpine Bay Chalet is a great place to enjoy your mountain getaway.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
