- A refundable security deposit of $2500 is required upon reservation. This amount will be charged separately and will be refunded in full after your stay, provided there are no damages to the property during your occupancy.
- Renters staying for more than 4 weeks are required to schedule mid-stay cleanings at an additional cost.
