The Space:
This newly decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom, main-level condo offers guests both comfort and style and backs up to The Bear Golf Course at the Grand Traverse Resort. The Hilltop Haven features an open layout, a breakfast bar and informal dining area, plenty of pantry and closet storage, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests will also love the openness of the kitchen and will find it stocked with all the essentials. The cozy fireplace and lush green scenery outside the private patio are the ideal spots for morning coffee or that evening glass of wine!

The primary bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably in the king-size bed, while 3 more guests can sleep between the queen and twin bed in the guest room. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally included are freshly laundered linens and towels, a generous amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

The Grand Traverse Resort boasts many award-winning golf courses, stunning natural Up-North beauty, a premier spa, restaurants, and more! If golf isn't your game, you will love the numerous year-round attractions only minutes away like Turtle Creek Casino, Mt. Holiday Ski and Zip Line, and The Grand Traverse Bay! *No resort amenities are included with this booking.

Day-trippers and adventures will also love our central location and easy access to fishing charters, beaches, wine tours galore, sandy beaches and bike trails, Downtown Traverse City, and of course, the Great Sleeping Bear Dunes!

If you want to get away from it all, but still have all the comforts of home, we would like to invite you to stay at The Hilltop Haven!

This condo is located on the Grand Traverse Resort but is not managed by the resort. Resort amenities are not included with this rental. Guests interested in using the resort's amenities will need to contact them directly.

Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted
- No pets
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. The cost for Safely is $65 for 1-29 nights, $300 for 30-59 nights, $395 for 60-89 nights, and $475 for 90-119 nights. All reservations will initially be charged a $65 Safely Damage Insurance Fee. For stays longer than 29 nights, the additional charges will be processed after booking. All reservations are subject to the guest agreement terms, conditions, and fees.

Guest Access:
This property features self-check-in. Check-in is permitted between 4:00 pm -10:00 pm. Guest are responsible for having their check-in instruction before arrival. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form and agreeing to our terms of service. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended!

Other Things to Note:
Guests are provided with a small amount of the basic essentials including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods, a full dish soap dispenser, and full soap dispensers in each bathroom, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are not to use the host's inventory of bulk supplies left at the property and should be prepared to supply their own as needed for longer stays.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)
•If you used more than 2 shower towels, hand towels, or washcloths per person we ask that you wash, dry, and put the excess away before checking out. (If applicable.)
•Dispose of all food. No food or beverages are to be left inside the property.
•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link. Please take the trash to the road if your stay falls on or within 48 hours of trash day.
•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)
•All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away. Dirty dishes may result in a $100 additional guest cleaning fee.
•Turn off all lights.
•Lock the door.
