This family-friendly, third-floor vacation rental features a private, furnished balcony, a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for four for meals or family game nights, and a cozy living area with a plush sofa and love seat, flatscreen TV, and sliding door access out to the balcony. While there are two bedrooms on the main floor, this home also includes a fun, kid-friendly loft with a bunk bed. With a stay at this condo, you can also enjoy the shared amenities at Sundial including the outdoor pool, shared BBQ area, and convenient beach access! There's even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
