Be ready for incredible views of the red rock cliffs and star-filled skies from your private backyard! Our home boasts inviting décor, back deck with BBQ and some fun games for all to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking great meals, or you're close to restaurants in town. Enjoy the large backyard with views across the valley, while savoring your morning coffee or an evening drink. Don’t be surprised to see deer or rabbits wandering past! (Garage is for Owners use only).
The Space:
Family-friendly! Desert Breeze is a 5 bed/2 bath home that boasts a fully fenced back yard, a patio/deck, and an upstairs loft.
The cozy Master bedroom has a queen bed.
The enchanting upstairs loft has a king bed.
The two bedrooms downstairs also have queen beds, as well as two twin bunk beds.
The two bathrooms are stocked with essentials such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. After a day of adventures, come back and relax with a hot shower. There's a full-size washer and dryer with laundry pods and fabric softener, so you can go home with clean clothes.
There are living rooms both upstairs and downstairs with large screen TVs, so plenty of room to entertain!
The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, baking dish, muffin tin, cookie sheets, pizza pan, hand mixer, roasting pan, pots, pans, and utensils. With a large table and countertop seating area, you'll have plenty of space to dine in style.
You can take your meals outside to the lavish back deck, where you can also create a scrumptious barbecue. The fenced back yard offers privacy, green grass and plenty of room to play. As the night starts to cool, enjoy sitting around the firepit and share the day's adventures.
Garage is for Owners use Only. Please only park in the driveway and directly in front of the home. The vacant lot next to the home belongs to the neighbors and needs to be left open and accessible to them. Please do not park in front of any trash cans that have been pulled out next to the street as the garbage truck needs to have access to them.
Desert Breeze is approximately 3400 sq. feet. For the safety of our guests and our home, there are security cameras around the perimeter of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in the heart of Kanab, yet nestled in a quiet, tranquil, friendly neighborhood. Enjoy Kanab hiking trails, restaurants, and gift shops all located within 5 minutes!
There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.
Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well.

Yard care is every Monday from 9 to 11AM.

You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
Enjoy your dream vacation in Kanab, also known as "Little Hollywood"! Dozens of Western movies were made here and every August, we have Western Legends, where you can meet some of your favorite old stars. It also features the High Noon Parade (with Longhorn cattle), Country Battle USA (great music!), Cowboy Poetry, a terrific vendor fair, a rodeo, and much more - not to mention yummy food!
