Nestled in a paradisiacal setting with soft white sands, crystal clear waters and exotic landscaping, Villa CasKai offers VIP guests and family groups the beauty, spaciousness and amenities of a super premium beach property, price-wise and life-wise. Life à la carte. Staying at Villa Caskai will be a holistic experience for both kids and grown-ups: stretching, yoga or outdoor cardio; breakfasts on the large pergola or on the terraces close to the sea; barbecuing or cooking delicious fresh seafood in the outdoor kitchen; pleasant conversations over a glass of champagne on the beach or pool deck; soaking in the natural temperature seawater Jacuzzi over a rich smoothie; tanning, reading and relaxing in the villa’s exclusive white sandy areas; evenings and nights of board games, good music or Netflix, indoors or outdoors; videoconferencing in the Den Room Work Stations, overlooking the sea… and much more, all with the kindness and support of our dear Mr. Carlos, who is the Villa and Guest Attendant living in an independent apartment in the villa itself.

You will also have access to our Optional Menu of Services , subject to availability, certain rules, and at your own risk, from kayaking, paddle boarding and bike rides, to hiring a chef or a chauffeur to drive you around the island. You may also book extra cleaning services or have someone do your grocery shopping.

Private Getaway in Paradise
We visited this property for one week in Jan. 2024 with 8 adults and 3 children 2 years and under, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is amazing, as the pictures on VRBO show. It has its' own private pool, hot tub, and private beach. Plenty of pool and beach chairs, and clean beach towels provided daily. Bath towels and paper supplies were provided and were refreshed when housekeeping came every other day. The kitchen was well equipped and outdoor grill was provided along with outdoor dining table as well as indoors. We especially enjoyed the hospitality provided by Carlos, the onsite property caretaker. He checked on us throughout the day to assure that we had everything we needed. Joaquin, the Host, provided courtesy transportation to and from the airport by Island Rides. We also rented a van from Island Rides which was delivered to the villa and picked up at the end of the week. We hired Chef Vincent Pellegrini for 2 dinners and 1 brunch. He and his crew did a great job. I should note that this villa is located on the southeast end of the island away from all of the resorts and busy areas. This is what we wanted and enjoyed, but if you are looking for crowded beaches, honky tonks, and lots of dining options they are on the northeast end of the island about a 25 minute drive with lots of traffic and roundabouts. Nearby dining was The Flying Fishbone, Zeerover's and LaGranja.

It's difficult to under-promise and over deliver on "prestige" accommodation but that's exactly what the property and associated team did. Everybody went out of their way to make our stay better than we could have hoped. Carlos, in particular, was tremendous. Thank you all.

Outstanding
Property was exactly as described; perfect spot for family vacation. Everything you could want is available on site. Carlos the caretaker was wonderful, as were housekeeping staff led by Lis. We used a private chef as well, chef Vincent, and had better meals than we did dining out at restaurants. Location is peaceful and quiet…if you are looking for the bar scene, this isn’t it. But if you want a lovely, calm and rejuvenating experience then we highly recommend.

From the moment we set foot on this VRBO property in Aruba, we knew we were in for an exceptional experience. Nestled in a serene location in the local part of the island, the house boasts a breathtaking pool that overlooks the ocean, offering views that are nothing short of spectacular. But what truly sets this rental apart is its remarkable beachfront, a private haven where the worries of the world seem to dissolve. A true gem of this property is Carlos, the gentleman who maintains the grounds. His presence added an extraordinary layer of comfort and convenience to our stay. Carlos, with his friendly demeanor and dedication, took care of everything - from meticulously raking the beach at night to ensuring the pool remained pristine. He even assisted us with outdoor activities, like setting up kayaks and surf boards for a day on the water. Celebrating a family birthday here was magical. The setting, combined with Carlos's exceptional service, created a joyous atmosphere. Our experience at this VRBO rental was truly outstanding. It's a rare find that offers both luxury and a personal touch, thanks to Carlos's efforts. We left with cherished memories and a unanimous decision to return. If you're looking for a slice of paradise in Aruba, this property is undeniably it. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a special and unforgettable vacation experience.
