Family vacation

Great place to stay. Perfect for a family. Right on the beach. Very easy to work with for reservations and check in and out.

Very nice family vacation

The unit is very nice and clean. The location is more peaceful than Miramar and Destin , this one is right in the middle. My family and I really enjoyed this stay.

Amazing condo and even better location

Condo is furnished beautifully. Location is amazing. Views are STUNNING. THis will be the ONLY condo we book in Destin from now on!

The room and cleanliness were spot on plenty of cooking utensils and pot and pans

Comes with washer and dryer not stated on website which was great! So much room 4 adults and 2 children fit comfortably right on beach the beach is beautiful I will be staying here again

Great condo and location!

We loved the condo and the location! Condo had everything we needed! The location was fantastic, we loved having Camille’s across the street and other great Destin restaurants and fun things to do so close! The condo could use a good cleaning and some updates, but we were overall satisfied!

Beautiful condo

The check in and out process was great. The condo was nice but is need of a really good deep cleaning, new mattresses and bed covering in each room. The location was great and great views. Would stay again though.

May trip

Over all very nice. A warning that the slider to the balcony can slip and lock on its own would have been helpful. No potholders and there wasn’t a blanket for the trundle bed upstairs. Otherwise well equipped.

Perfect unit and great client experience

Everything was great. One of the guest accidentally broke a light fixture. We reported the incident and it was fixed immediately. The unit was very nice and location was perfect. If only the building itself was made to look better on the outside. The external appearance is not appealing and the elevator is slow.

Great location! Needs updating

Be advised, this property is run by Ocean Reef Realty. You only get one roll of paper towel and 1 roll per bathroom of Toilet paper. No kitchen trash bags. No pantry extras like salt and pepper. (we left some) the downstairs bathroom sinks drain guards don’t work and had to remove to allow drainage. The 2 king beds need better mattresses and all the pillows are lumpy and old. Toaster is not working properly. There is a new Keurig-the old coffee device needs to be thrown away-does not work. New fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher work great! Very CLEAN on arrival!

Destin Getaway

Perfect location to a beautiful beach, walk right to the beach. Very private location, as no one can get in and beach is my favorite in the U.S

Little short on accuracy description

This property is fantastic as size goes…but they forgot to mention that the “bunk room” (where kids would more likely would sleep) is actually on the second floor…there’s (3) full bathrooms but we had to call in cleaning for the master…they came right away but “only” cleaned the “portion” of the shower tile that was “black” not even the bottom… One crucial point: SWIMMING POOL is ACTUALLY located in the parking lot of the building…not very safe if you ask me! Photos were taken very carefully…deceiving The whole unit is very spacious and decorated nicely (although the balcony is very small) but (again) would benefit from a “deep” cleaning! The super large coffee maker was not our thing and the “pod” coffee maker was not working…we bought one! Overall: if they had listed “pool” located in the back of building (parking area) and bunk room is on the second floor we would not have rented! We had to kind of “block” the staircase just in case our not quite 2 year old granddaughter wouldn’t ventured out there…by the way: there’s no railing on the second (top) part of stairs… We have rented with VRBO before and this is the first time we felt we paid way too much (spring break) for a unit that has quite a few “deceiving” disclosures!
