Welcome to 29 Coastal Grove Way - Unit A, your cozy retreat in the Coastal Dunes in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. Pack your bags, and get ready for sunny beach days, cool dips in the pool, and memories to last a lifetime!

29 Coastal Grove Way - Unit A is a gorgeous townhouse with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to twelve. Complete with everything for a fun-filled beach getaway, this beautifully furnished space encourages you to relax and get comfortable. One step inside the open-concept living/dining space and you’ll feel right at home. Curl up on the couch or an easy chair in the living room and take an afternoon catnap. Prep meals in the fully appointed kitchen while others gather to chat at the breakfast bar. Gather together at the dining table with seating for six for a recap of the day’s events or a friendly board game. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find large, comfortable bedrooms on all three levels, ensuring everyone will get some privacy. The master suite and two guest suites are beautifully decorated and feature king-sized beds, while the last guest suite features two queen-sized beds and a twin bunk. You’ll find parking for one vehicle in the driveway, and the oversized rooftop deck is the perfect spot for the whole family to catch gorgeous sunsets!

Take a short stroll to the community pool or walk to the beach, just a block away. Curl up with a good book, lounge in the sun, and work on your tan while taking in the coastal breezes of the Gulf of Mexico. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

There is only parking for 2 vehicles. All others will be towed.

Great getaway
29 Coastal is a great spot near the beach and restaurants. 7 min or less depending on your stride. The house is 3 levels of living space with 4th floor balcony. We had trouble on the first day with the waterline to the 2nd for bathroom and missing smoke alarm on the 3rd floor. We contacted the number for issues and immediately received a response to resolve both. I travel with CO2/fire alarm so it wasn't an issue for immediate action. My dad was able to fix the toilet. The rooms were spacious, the stairs are a lot of you have seasons family with you. The kitchen has all the essential but I would suggest they get stainless or cast iron due to all the pots and skillets being scratched up. We didn't utilize the balcony very much for to a wasp/yellow jacket nest being located near the door. I read a previous review and was expecting the worst but the house could probably use a good deep clean around the grout in the primary room, vents throughout house. Maybe a good painting with the wipe clean paint versus flat. I would also suggest a few things being added to help guest...a dust pan, a hall tree on the first floor and hooks in the showers to hold wash clothes. This was a great location, great seaside house to stay in while in Santa Rosa or an alternative to staying in Destin.

Wasn’t what I expected
There is rarely a bad time when at the beach but the townhome needs some work. Complete refresh, paint, tubs and showers recaulked, floors refinished, especially the the stairs near front door, refrigerator drawers replaced. The entrance gate and pool gates weren’t working, and lastly it would have been nice to know how many floors there were as the number of stairs was unexpected. One final thing, the pictures made it look like there was a balcony.

Great holiday experience
Location is fabulous, nicely appointed, large kitchen, very comfy beds. There are several items that need to be addressed- shower door in master bath is not secure, spindle in banister is broken, refrigerator is missing some shelves on freezer side, drawers on fridge side is missing a front, stove top panel as been scrubbed so much that you can’t tell what knob goes to which burner, only one of the two ceiling fans in living room works, one of the lamps is missing the knob to turn it on, one of the dining chairs is wobbly. And last- most walls are marked up and need to either be scrubbed or paint touched up.

Room For 12 But Parking For Only 6
Our family had a really great time full of fellowship and memories for our yearly vacation in this rental property. Meet friendly new people, it was wonderful! The pool was very close and beach access was easy. But but be sure you don’t assume a party of 12/4 vehicles is going to be easy because that’ll cost you most of 1 day to solve the predicament! You’ll have to put 2 offsite somewhere. Our somewhere was in Destin unfortunately.

Beautiful beach stay. Walking distance to everything
It was my son‘s graduation trip so he brought a couple of friends and of course couldn’t go anywhere without my mother-in-law and my mother we had a great time walking to the beach sitting by the pool everything‘s walking distance 30 a location is just amazing it was our 15th trip to this area and we absolutely love it 29 Coastal Grove Way was the only way to go it was an amazing place I love the three stories or you could put the kids all in one room and spread out
