Situated only 3 minutes from the expressway and 6-12 minutes from downtown, you'll be in the perfect spot to explore all that the city has to offer. This area is filled with charming buildings and local shops that are waiting for you to discover.
During your stay, you'll love:
- The convenience of being only a 5-minute drive from the White Sox Stadium
- Indulging in delicious homemade ice cream from the shop across the street
- Feeling secure with keyless entry and a doorbell camera in my newly renovated home
- Being located between 2 different train stations for easy transportation
- The exciting investment opportunities available in the area ($$$$)
*Please note that while I want you to have a wonderful time, this unit is strictly for quiet relaxation. No events, parties, or gatherings are allowed.
*Instructions will be sent to your inbox on the day of your arrival. This unit has a keyless entry.
*Please note that for early check-ins before 3pm CST, there will be a $100 fee applied for same-day payment. This fee is non-negotiable. Likewise, if you request a late checkout after 11am CST, there will be a $100 fee applied for same-day payment, and this fee is also non-negotiable. We kindly remind you that a Guest Local Guide Book is located in your unit, and any damages incurred will result in a $150 charge being sent to your account.
