Perfect for a group trip, a family vacation, or an extended work-from-home getaway. Just a 5-minute drive to the Broadway strip, this home is in the heart of Music City. The neighborhood is 1.5 miles south of Downtown Broadway, Music Row, the Gulch and all other Nashville hot spots!

Two full bathrooms, kitchen + dining area, living room with a Queen size Sleeper Sofa, TV (Apple TV & Netflix included), Laundry room with full size washer/dryer, private and safe parking either in the driveway or on the street around front, plenty of closet space and all the basic amenities for your convenience. I can also provide a Queen size auto-inflate air mattress, if you need or want it.

My place will become your home away from home with everything you need from appliances to lots of clean linens. The kitchen is well-stocked with a blender, juicer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, wine opener, pans, pots, utensils, assorted dishware, condiments, coffee, tea, and more!

The yard and entrance to the house is private and very quiet. I hope you find my place comfy, cozy, and convenient!

Guest Access:
The entire house is yours (no sharing). 1600 sq/ft house with 3 BR and 3 Queen Sized beds, one of which is a sleeper sofa. Two full bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer, and a completely equipped kitchen.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is the best way to get around if you're not driving. Its less than $20 ride to airport and $6 to downtown. There is also a free (Tips Only) Joy Ride that drops off in the neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that Nashville is a main thoroughfare and trains can be heard from almost anywhere in the city. While many find the sound of distant trains to be comforting and nostalgic, we realize that it may bother extremely light sleepers.

While the home is very close to everything Nashville has to offer, it is not particularly walkable to many destinations. We encourage driving or utilization of services such as Lyft and Uber, should you need to get around.
