Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and flat panel televisions.

Head on up to the second floor where you will find the primary living space. The well-appointed and newly remodeled kitchen features brand new appliances and has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal for your family. The center island features bar seating for four. The table in the dining area has seating for eight. The kitchen and dining area open up to the family room which is outfitted with a large, flat panel television, Sonos speaker, two plush sofas and an oversized chair. On the second floor near the kitchen is a conveniently located half bath.

No matter where you are in this open concept living space, your family can regale each other with tales of adventure from your days spent either lounging at the beach, the spectacular lagoon pool, or taking in all the wonderful sights and sounds of Scenic Highway 30A! French doors flanking either side of the television take you onto second floor porch offering a beautiful view of the palm-tree lined streets of this Florida-cottage inspired community.
