Cozy Beachfront Townhome

Enjoy this newly remodeled Waterfront townhome with direct beach access to the white sugary sand and the cool breeze of the Gulf Waters. This townhome has all of the amenities needed to indulge in rest and relaxation of the beach life during your stay. Since this location is away from the touristy condominiums, the 100’ walk from patio to the beach water makes for a peaceful stay without being crowded by other beach goers. Umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers are provided to keep you comfortable and in the shade, Jet Ski rental is a few steps down for those who want to take a cruise on the emerald ocean waters.

Along with the high-end new finishes on the interior, this property is in an amazing location for the nightlife or taking the family out for entertainment. Within a short walks distance there are nicely finished bars with pool tables, live music and tasty beverages. For the younger groups there is a go-cart track/ large arcade and putt-putt course with-in a three-minute walk from the townhome. In addition, from those attractions is a sling shot to shoot you a hundred feet in the air for the thrill seekers. With the entertainment attractions comes many restaurants in the area.

Don’t sleep on this gem

Very clean and excellent location. Not that we spent much time indoors, but the appliances are top notch, the beds are comfortable, the living area is fit for a crowd or a couple, and the view is beautiful. The patio and direct beach access were everything we wanted. This place at this price is unbeatable. Plus, Kelsey communicated quickly and easily. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great place to stay

This is one of my favorite places to stay in PC. The townhome was very clean and well maintained. We will be back again.

Kelsey's home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Being able to step off the back porch and be on the sand was amazing. Home suit our needs entirely.

Beach Getaway!

Clean and cozy property. Very close to attractions and restaurants. The best part is when you step off of the back porch, you are immediately on the sand!

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the place. It is right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. I always get a back ache sleeping in other beds and didn't here. The place was clean and centrally located making it easy to get to stores and such. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance too. I would definitely rent this place again.

Relaxing

The townhome was very clean and nicely remodeled. So nice to have several beach chairs provided and a cooler. Absolutely loved how close the beach is…. Short path from the patio and you’re on the beach. The area seemed quiet, the beach beautiful! Would definitely stay again!!

Great Beach House

The house was very nice and well equipped with anything you could need for enjoying the beach and your stay. The views were incredible. The proximity to the beach was great, less than 20 yards just over the dune. The beach in front of the house is less crowded than the sounding beach. This was a great family friendly get away

Perfect stay for sister trip

This was a beautiful place that was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach, close to good restaurants. Had everything we needed including decent pots and pans for cooking breakfast. Loved not having to take our own beach towels and chairs. Kelsey was quick to respond as well. Absolutely loved it!

Great location

This was our second time visiting PCB First time in this house would highly recommend staying and would stay again. The property was great just would recommend a few upgrades on patio doors and patio furniture. But definitely won’t stop us from coming back. Owners were great to deal with .

Amazing home, I will stay at this property for further visits! Everything included.. beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for us 8 girls. Back yard is the ocean! Very private, not near the busy area 😄

Great stay

This townhome was a beautiful place to stay. It had so many things that we didn’t have to pack. The owner of the home was very helpful and responded quickly. There are several places to eat within walking distance. Also, a souvenir shop, ice cream shop, and putt putt within walking distance. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Definitely recommend.

Clean, beautiful, on the beach

What a great stay we had!!! This home is so beautiful and every thing had been thought of... even nightlights in the bathrooms!! The beds are so comfy and we just felt right at home! There's so much to do right in the area of you don't want to stay on the beach the whole time (which is right out your back door). Communication was great, she always got right back with me! Would highly recommend!!!

Perfect Get Away!

This place was beyond our expectations. You can tell the place was recently updated with top of the line appliance and material. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The owner made contact the day of arrival to make sure everything was good and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect very close to everything. This townhome is also right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this place and I would also stay here again.

Great location, clean spot!

We rented this as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. We comfortably fill 10 adults in this place, and had enough space to cook dinner one night, sit around and talk, and shower without having a long wait for an empty bathroom. We were within steps of the beach. Everything you could possibly need was provided -chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. This place was great and will definitely rent next year if available!

Clean but need maintenance

All rooms very clean, kitchen/fridge/counters floors and bathrooms all exceptionally clean. These things made us comfortable in the stay to a point, on the negative the living room furniture is deeply stained and in desperate need of professional cleaning or replacement, same with the patio furniture, weather ridden and not kept up, we could not use the patio furn. Other minor issues kitchen cookware all rusted, stairwell rail and other fixtures in need of painting. Having said all that, overall our stay was pleasant because of the general cleanliness, it hard to find any rental clean but this one did the job, but the furniture and kitchen ware was off putting. I would consider staying here again if these items were addressed.
