Waterfront Paradise with Pier and boat dock. Views go on forever of Pensacola Bay and Bayou Texar. Everything is new and updated with designer touches throughout. Located in Pensacola City limits with Pensacola Beaches 15 to 20 minutes away, but why leave this place. Downtown Pensacola is a 5 minute drive or 12 minute bike ride. We have everything you need for the perfect vacation. Large open Kitchen with everything you need to cook like at home. 2 Grills one for smoking and one Stainless Gas Grill. Suited for family and friends sleeps 6 adults and 4 children comfortably. Great Lounging and BBQ area under the house that is nice, cool and breezy. Beautiful Pool with views of the bay and bayou. Pool is heated during the cold months.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was well appointed with ample resources and supplies! The home was very well designed, nicely updated, and clean :) The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing for early check-in and reaching out to ensure the pool was functioning properly. Only 10-15 minutes from the beach! Highly recommend!

Great gathering place for Winging Ceremony

We stayed here for our daughter's Naval Aviation Winging Weekend. It was a great house to visit, and cook dinner together... The house was better than advertised, and the host was very responsive. Lots of bird watching was a bonus' would definitely recommend!!

Terrific Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our family's vacation to Pensacola because it was beautiful and had a wonderful water view (we saw crabs, fish, and a stingray). We also enjoyed the patio and the pool! The location was great too, as it was only about minutes to Pensacola Beach.

Great house, great location, great owner!

Second time we've stayed in this comfy house on the water. Donnie has it decorated for Christmas and it's very comfy. Location is perfect too.

Neat Location

We loved this house and the location! Also, having a private pool in the back yard was a huge plus! The kids wanted to swim 24/7. Plenty of space for family and friends to be together. Easy check in/check out process. If I had to say one negative thing, it would be that this house needs one more bathroom but overall a great place!

Enjoyable stay!!

This was our first visit to Pensacola, we typically visit Naples/Marco area but wanted to try something different. The house was nestled in a darling neighborhood that was great to walk through and see the different styles of architecture. The house was very clean, comfortable and was well stocked. Great location to zip to the beach or drive into Pensacola Beach for dinner.

Great stay!

This is a very nice property in a very convenient location in Pensacola. The house was clean and well stocked, and we really lacked nothing. The views of the bayou are beautiful with comfortable chairs on the porch. The decor is unique and interesting. We also enjoyed a fire in the fire pit, and there is a nice small pool for warmer weather. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Location!

Stayed with family for a long weekend. House was awesome. Had a small issue at arrival but Donnie was great at taking care of the problem. Location was perfect, pool was great, and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again when in Pensacola.

Spring Break 2024

My brother's family of 4 and my family of 4 plus our Mother enjoyed staying at this Pensacola home. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out inside and outside of home. Close to all the beaches in the area and downtown Pensacola. Short drive to Gulf Shores and the Flora Bama area too. The only hiccup was the pool heater was not working during our stay. If we come back to this area again we would rebook.

Even better than expected!

Beautiful house, perfect location, easy access to everything you could want in Pensacola with the peace of being surrounded by water. Pool was a perfect touch! House was stocked with everything you could need and the furniture was incredibly comfortable! Heaters in the bathroom were an awesome luxury too! Thanks for a fantastic week!

Amazing Autumn Getaway

Our time at this property was everything we hoped it would be. The home is big and spacious and my family of 5 was very comfortable. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool was so relaxing and was right on time with the crisp fall weather. The host, Donnie was super helpful and readily available. Before our stay we had multiple questions and Donnie answered them all via the chat feature in the VRBO app. Donnie even alerted us that the home was available for early check-in the day of our stay. When we had a question during our stay, again Donnie was there to help. I love Pensacola beach with its sugary white sand and beautiful blue water. I plan to make this a yearly trip and I’ll definitely check the availability of Donnie’s property first!

Great for Groups!

Incredible property with almost everything you could want immediately accessible. Met up for a reunion after not seeing each other for many years. This property had a ton of very comfortable space for socializing. The views and the quiet neighborhood made this a perfect getaway. The neighborhood is very accessible with several great restaurants and a grocery store accessible by foot. Two refrigerators made it easy to store everything and cook whenever we didn't want to go out. If you're even remotely considering it, this property is absolutely worth it. Thanks Donnie!

Roomy, beautiful, and in a great spot

Our multi-generational family stayed at this beautiful waterfront home for a week. It is nicely furnished with plenty of room. Thank you for having more than one sofa! The kitchen had all the necessary items for meal preparation and we enjoyed being able to grill. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of bath linens. Washer and dryer was a plus mid week. The younger ones enjoyed the pool and the chair on the deck stairs was a blessing for grandma. We thoroughly enjoyed the views each morning and evening. We found the neighborhood quiet and safe. It is a lovely area. Would recommend this home for a family vacation.

Warm, Inviting, Comfortable Home with Fantastic Views

We have rented many vacation homes but this is the first not managed by a property management company - and what a difference! We're used to a meager two dishwasher gel packs, a couple of trash bags and one roll of the cheapest TP, and not so much as salt and pepper. Donnie has this place loaded with everything you need! We arrived after the terrible 10-1/2 hour drive and there were lamps on and a lit Christmas tree welcoming us into this lovely home. The beds are comfy. The views are spectacular. There were tons of condiments in the kitchen. The house has a good energy - an owner who loves it and takes care of it. Then we had two Grandmas visit and were delighted to find a chair lift to take them up the stairs! It was a really nice stay.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was great! We met Donnie when checking in. Donnie was welcoming and briefed us on the home. The home was on the bay and had a nice pool. Under the home was the garage/breezeway. There was a breeze flowing through constantly. Sat in there a lot. There was a refrigerator in the garage. It was great for having beverages at ground level. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The home had plenty of furniture for just hanging out. We would definitely stay there again. The home was out of the way from the rat race. Donnie recommended a few locations. Tried them all and did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend Donnie and his home!

Nice house

The property was exactly as described and well taken care of. We went hoping to do some fishing there because the overhead map made it look like a perfect spot. It was not setup for it but I zip tied some PVC to the dock as rod holders. We also had our own cleaning table as the sink on the pier has limited space. None of that mattered as we didn’t catch anything worth keeping. The pinfish destroyed all of the bait. Even free-lining a live pinfish got tore up by other pinfish. Anyway, I would not recommend it for fishing but that is no fault of the owner or the house.
