Roomy cabin

We enjoyed our stay; lots of room for all of us to sleep and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and the board games and it was handy to have a washer and dryer. It was also nice having a kitchen as well - kitchen was adequately stocked, but we had a big party and could have used a few more dishes, but easily got by with paper plates. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great place

Amazing option for groups and just 30 mins from Springs. Everything close to the house. Nice landscape in a calm neighborhood. Awesome bedrooms, propane grill, living room to hangout with friends. It greatly met the need of my group of 4 couples.

Nice family CO getaway

We enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for our family of 10, and the kids enjoyed the pool table. It was close to lots of hiking and Tourist areas. The bed arrangement was not quite as listed (there weren’t 2 twin beds with a queen in a bedroom, as was my impression, but a trundle in the living room). But it worked out ok.

Lovely place to stay

The homw was cozy and clean. And the owner was easy to communicate with. This home is located close to many different beautiful places to visit. My children had a blast.

Great house in a good location

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and general amenities were provided. The only improvement I think could be made is the addition of central air conditioning, but there was only one day during the summer that this would have possibly been needed.There is not much yard space, but that wasn't needed for our group, so no big deal.

Family Vacation

The property was more than spacious enough for my family of 5. My 3 children had their own rooms and space and were very happy about this. The pool table, games, and downstairs area got plenty of use and was very accommodating. The host was very quick to respond and wonderful to communicate with.

Wonderful Experience

My family had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, nicely decorated, updated appliances, and comfortable beds. The price was very competitive. Highly recommend.

Nice getaway!!

Property was pretty much as listed, it seemed a little bigger in photos, but made do with our group of 12. Downstairs tv didn’t work, but we were busy enough that it didn’t impact our stay so didn’t bother mgmt with it. All in all we had a great stay, the area was quiet and the views outstanding! Thanks for a memorable family vacation.

Came in town for funeral. For families with more than 2 cars, parking to be desired

The space and beds available fit our families well. Bedding and towels were nice and comfortable. Access to home is a road up between homes, at top of hill. We had 4 cars and space was tight. Had to back down the hill several times. Upon arrival, trash tote was full, never emptied. We had to purchase toilet paper, trash bags and papertowels. There was 1 dishtowel and 1 spatula in which I had to clean the dried egg off it. Family members that were lying on the living room floor remarked that under the coach had not been swept in a long time. Upstairs toilet constantly ran. Tank for the firepit was empty. Whoever the cleaning and maintence providers are, are not doing their jobs for this host.

Beautiful Views and great location!

We enjoyed staying here very much. Most of the things we wanted to experience were just a short drive, Cliff dwellings/Garden of the Gods/ Cave of the winds and the entrance to the Pikes Peak highways were all around 20 minutes away. We made the trek to the Royal Gorge as well. It was roughly an hour and 15 minutes away and an incredibly beautiful scenic drive. The house was clean upon arrival and very well kept. Plenty of supplies for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

USAFA Graduation

This house is amazing! The rooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need! But that’s not the best part the view is absolutely gorgeous. The floor to ceiling windows were fabulous. Got to see the mule deer all day long! The basement was perfect! The adults with no kids stayed upstairs. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials. My son graduated but if we ever visit Colorado Springs again this was worth the beautiful drive and amazing location. So happy I stumbled across this gem!

Beautiful home on a mountain

We absolutely loved our stay at this home everything was perfect enough space for everyone the pool table and fire were perfect additions we will definitely be back
