Kymmenen ILMAINEN rajoittamaton uima-allas, ympäri vuoden kelkkamäki ja tenniskierrokset. Ei virkistysmaksua! Kymmenen ilmainen rajoittamaton pääsy SHARC-uima-altaisiin, kausiluonteinen laiska joki- ja vesiliukumäki ja ympäri vuoden kelkkamäki kesällä. Syksy, talvi ja kevät: uima-allas ja ympäri vuoden sijaitsevat kelkkailumäet uudessa SHARC Sunriver -vesikeskuksessa jokaisen vuokrauksen yhteydessä. (Pääsy SHARC-altaisiin on 25 dollaria yli 18-vuotiaille, 20 dollaria ikäryhmille 3-18 ja pääsy kelkkaille on 15 dollaria, joten tämä on paljon!). Kävele tai ratsasta päällystetyllä polulla tähän upeaan uuteen tilaan.

Sijainti, sijainti, sijainti! Tähän poikkeukselliseen ilmastoituun kotiin houkutteli talon tilava ulkoasu ja läheisyys kaikkeen. Ashcraft-hytti sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Sunriver Resortissa Mt. Hood Lane, lähellä ympyrää 4, UUSI Sunriver -omistajien vesiurheilukeskus, Fort Rock Park, Village Mall ja venesatama.

Olemme lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyöräretkellä Uuteen Sunriver -veden virkistyskeskukseen (SHARC) 10 minuuttia rauhassa kävellen tai 5 minuuttia polkupyörällä. Tarjoamme kymmenen ILMAISTA uima-allasta, tennistä ja kelkkailua pitkin jokaisen vuokrauksen yhteydessä.

Tämä viehättävä koti on hiljattain uusittu, joten kaikki on puhdasta ja siistiä. Kaikki uudet patjat. Tuoreet lakanat jokaisessa sängyssä, tuoreet pyyhkeet, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa uudet graniittitiskit, uusi lattiakerros alakerrassa, uusi LVI, keskuslämmitys ja ilma - toimii. Suuressa huoneessa on puuhella ja takaoven ulkopuolella polttopuut.

Alakerrassa on loistava huone ruokailutila, keittiö, makuuhuone ja Master kylpy. Alakerrassa on myös kaksi kannet - ensimmäinen on katettu kuisti keittiön ulkopuolella. Toinen alakerran suurempi kansi on pois suuresta huoneesta, jossa on istumapaikat kesäruokailua varten ja kaasugrilli. Lisäksi ajotieltä voi pysäköidä kolme autoa.

Yläkerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja toinen kylpyamme. Ensimmäinen huone on romanttinen kuningatar makuuhuone, seuraavaksi puutaloushuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä lodge pole-tyyliset sänkyä, ja viimeiseksi kerrossänky tai lasten 'Boardroom', kuten me sitä kutsumme. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa, suuressa tilassa on kaksi sarjaa kaksosänkyjä (eli neljä kaksoset), foosball / ilmakiekko, TV, DVD-soitin ja oleskelualue, jossa on sohvia. Upea retriitti lapsille! Lisäksi yläkerrassa on parvi oleskelualue ja kansi - loistava paikka kiinni auringonlaskua puiden läpi!

Yläkerrassa: 3 makuuhuonetta - 1 kuningatar, 6 kaksoset.
Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on sulkeutuva ovi - ei meluisia parveja.

Mitä ulkoiluun liittyy, autotallissa on useita polkupyöriä, jotka odottavat käyttöäsi vuokraamalla tätä upeaa taloa. Pakkaa kypärät vain. Huomaa: vaikka tarkistamme pyörät joka kerta, kun vierailemme, kuntoa ei taata.

ILMAINEN nopea langaton internetyhteys, ilmainen elokuvakirjasto ja kymmenen ilmaista rajoittamattoman käytön kesäallas- ja tenniskortteja. Huomaa, että passit ovat uudelleen käytettäviä lajikkeita - ei paperia kerralla käytettäviä. Jälleen kerran emme veloita virkistysmaksua.

Great layout for kids

Our 9yo really liked having her own playroom and bedroom out of earshot from the main living room.We also had access to a wide range of bicycles to borrow and a great loop to practice on right out of the garage. We would come back to this one.

Great location and many places to sleep!

We love the location - the bike trails are right behind the property. The number of beds also really helpful if having an extended family/friend gathering, as we did. Teenagers loved the bonus bunk/game room. New renovations on bathrooms, and partial kitchen renovation nice. Only small issue is the layout of the living /family/dining room space - it is a bit crowded and difficult to maneuver in and around when the table is pulled out from the wall especially. And a bit dark. Excellent communication and quick response from owners.

A Wonderful Home to Stay In

Our family came to #11 Mt. Hood Lane to celebrate our granddaughter's 19th birthday. We loved everything about this home. It fit our family perfectly, with room to spare. The furnishings are very comfortable and the de'cor perfect for a Sunriver home. Also those showers are amazing.

Awesome Location

This house is in a fantastic spot. Close to everything. Lots of bikes. Nice quiet sitting area out front. Well equipped. Good communication from host. The only challenge we had was it was a little dark (interior lighting). We had a great stay and would rent again.

Great Sunriver location

This house is in excellent condition and looks to be recently updated. I was there for a family reunion and my kids and grandkids stayed with me. Four bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. There’s also a nice bunk room with a tv for the kids. Everything we needed was provided, extra toilet paper, paper towels, propane, etc. The house was fine for all of us, however the living area is not very spacious. I had hoped to host a larger group for dinner, but decided against it after seeing the size of the living room. Other than that, the house was great and we had a wonderful time.

Great location, comfy house for two families!

We came to Sun River for Pole Peddle Paddle, 2 families with a total of 5 kids, and everyone was happy! Us moms had a big kitchen to cook in, dads had a great area to relax and BBQ, and all the kids rode the bikes (provided) and played in the big yard. Our friends from Bend came over and played games (also provided) and we all got to recover from the race in the hot tub. I have to say its a great family rental, lots of space, comfy beds, close to everything, and well equipped for an easy stay with kids. We will be back!

Perfect Spot for families and friends in Sunriver

Place was exactly as described, porch out front was our nightly spot after the days fun, but so many other spots for latge or big groups. Plenty of bikes to choose from, sharq passes always great and they let you use sroa boat launch as well if you're floating the Deschutes. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with, spices on hand. No condiments in fridge and i couldnt find metal spatula for bbq. Great location to everything. Solid place to stay, highly recommend. Owner answers any questions very promptly. When we go back to Sunriver we will be staying here again if we can.

Such a Lovely Stay!

This cabin worked so ideally for our grandparent/daughter/ grandkids Sun River visit, which made my heart happy, as the Grandma. The master on the main floor was good for us, and the upstairs worked great for the kids. The younger two generations rode the cabin bikes to swim, to the Village, and just to ride. What a plus! This home has everything you could hope would be included. Multiple outdoor nooks and areas to enjoy. Comfortable furniture and bedding indoors. Makes me happy to think back on this fun getaway. Thanks!

Great Place to Stay

We loved out stay in Sunriver! The house was exactly as described. There were only four of us but plenty of beds for more. We had another family vacationing with us and they met at our place for dinner each night. The front outdoor space was perfect for us to set up dinner and hang out together. The bikes were GREAT! All four of us found a bike we loved. There were so many to choose from. We were all comfortable on our chosen bikes and two of us had ones with baskets which was extra nice. We appreciated the ten unlimited SHARC passes as well. All of the instructions were clear and the court was quiet with very easy access to the bike trails. This was a really nice spot to spend our time in beautiful Sunriver (and a couple of lakes and cool places nearby). We were lucky to grab this spot for our vacation.

Lovely stay!

You could not ask for a more gracious hostess! Ellen helped us problem solve an unusual situation with patience and kindness. The property worked well for our 3-generation family vacation. If you're a beer drinker, you'll appreciate the beer themed artwork. If you are a hunter, you'll enjoy the deer head and deerskin coverings. If you like to spread out, the kids have their own room upstairs and the master is downstairs. The front porch is a great place to relax and watch the baby Northern Flickers getting attended to by the parents, and to see a couple of fawns bounding about in the morning. There's easy access to the bike trails and you're a quick ride to the SHARC and to the north end of the meadow loop. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other staples. The bed in the master was comfy and the towels were great. This is a nice, comfortable place for your family getaway!

Amazing House!

The house was in great shape, very clean and tidy, and the location was fantastic. The drive to Mt. Bachelor was less than 30 minutes and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an adventure near Bend.

GLAD TO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!!

Liked the master on the main, but no TV. Good kitchen amenities. Nice deck but needed better chairs ( comfortable) to relax on. Lots of bike/car traffic. We could not use the sharc passes due to the limited hours they were open and opted NOT to stand in the long lines to get in during those hours. Loved the deck on the front of the house. It was a relaxing time. Beds were comfortable. Lots of someone elses hair in the bathroom (upstairs) and on the sheets.

Wonderful trip!

This house was amazing! It was perfect for two families with children ages 9 - 18. The house was in a great location, was very clean and worked well for all of us. Hands down, the best part of the house was the covered front porch. We spent countless hours there - from morning coffee, to games in the evenings. We also loved the picnic table in the back - plenty big for the entire group to eat meals together. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Absolutely perfect

7 of us 50-something ladies stayed the weekend here and it exceeded our expectations! The front deck sitting area was perfect for us all to play games and enjoy cocktails. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.....we didn't want to leave! We are making this an annual girls weekend trip and will book this home far in advance to assure we get it! The owner was very easy to get ahold of and provided excellent information to questions we had. Highly recommended!!

The natural beauty of Sunriver and Central Oregon affords us the opportunity to enjoy our favorite hobbies, such as canoeing on the Deschutes River or one of the Cascade Lakes, Mountain biking on the many trails in the surrounding areas, Snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, flyfishing with our boys or just relaxing.

We really enjoy the spaciousness of this house and the natural light from the skylights. It is close to everything you want in Sunriver yet it is in a quiet location. Truly a relaxing place to get away. It is perfect for one or two families or extended family. It is a place to gather with friends or family but there are also places where you can tuck yourself away and get some quiet time to read a book. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
