Upstairs room was nice. Unable to enjoy it comfortably. As from the moment we walked into the home it was 86 degrees and the air conditioning was not working. We contacted the host and we were told just open a window and door. Not let me get in touch with air conditioning company to see what the problem is. The host has great gas lightening techniques and does not take responsibility for anything. The home stated it had air conditioning that worked. Which is false advertisement as the air conditioning didnât work. The host claims there was a heat wave thatâs rare. Which if you live in California you know that there is a heat wave every year. The home never got below 80 degrees. Host continued to make rude derogatory remarks to us. Example why donât you try living in the natural world. Example you big city people come up here expecting high quality air conditioning like hotel experience. Well Iâm not from the big city. Iâm from the low desert attempting to get away from the heat to the mountains and to a cabin that states has air conditioning. For the amount of money we paid that should of happened and never did. I would be better off staying in a hotel for the amount of money we paid, probably receive way better service and air conditioning that works. If you rent this place be prepared to be asked to do chores. The host is more worried about having you water his plants than making sure you have a comfortable stay. Including air conditioning that works properly as advertise.
