Had a lot of trouble communicating with the host found cat hair all over the sofa.There was no washer and no dryer. Ask for a partial refund have yet to be contacted about it. The sofas in the pictures don't match the sofas in the home

Nice and quiet neighborhood.

The property was clean which is a must for us. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Just north of Denver it was nice to be out of the hustle of the city.

Was unable to unlock door. None of the pictures were accurate. Not a ranch house, nor a large lot. Run down mobile in trashy neighborhood. Couldn't get a refund since I booked it so late. Thankfully I had other options for housing.

Comfortably fit two families of four!

Pretty good experience overall. Location was just as pictured in a quiet neighborhood, spacious and clean. It didn’t have a washer & dryer, as indicated in the listing, but that wasn’t a big deal. Definitely would stay here again.

Not sure what to say about this property other than most of the ad is a bold-faced untruth!This is a mobile home in a mobile home park on the not-so-great end of town. Yes, it is walking distance to a local attraction, but it is NOT in a great area.It does NOT sleep 10. There are three king beds and 2 TVs. There is a couch in the living room. In the middle bedroom, the bed is crammed in so close that you cannot open the closet door.There is NO central air. There is, however, a mobile AC unit that puts the exhaust out the window. And a large fan. Thankfully, we brought our fans and had to purchase more, as it was in the upper 90s all last week. Too hot to open the windows and too hot inside not to have the air moving. The ad specifically states there is a washer/dryer. This is a LIE. There are two bathrooms. One only has a shower, which lacks a handle on the shower door or a mechanism to seal the door shut. It is also the size of an Amazon box, making it difficult to keep water inside with a door that does not seal. The 2nd bathroom is tiny but does have a Tub/Shower combo.Let's talk about outside.... The ad specifically states there is room for three cars. That is not necessarily a lie. Parking is a single-wide, more extended driveway with about 5 feet of covered space at the very top.However, there is NO street parking, as the ad statesSave your money, this is overpriced, over-advertised, and other properties in this price point are nicer.

Pictures online were misleading

There were clearly some projects going on at the property. There was trash in some of the rooms under the beds. The foundation inside the property was very uneven. The bedroom in the front of the house the flooring was so uneven that the bedframe was slanted causing your head to be lower than your legs. There was rest in the tub of the main hallway bathroom. The back bedroom was very cold and did not receive the heat from the rest of the house very well. It also caused the heat to overwork when the door to that room was open. This room had a wall mounted AC unit was not properly installed and there was a lot of cold air coming in from there. It was also not properly winterized so let more cold air in. Their also seemed to be a family of critters living in there as in the middle of the night we heard scratching and scraping inside the wall mounted AC unit. The city garbage cans for the property were full and in front of the property the whole time of our stay.

Do not instant book this property.

I cannot attest to cleanliness, location or neighborhood, so please take these particular * ratings with grain of salt. However, I can attest to the booking and communications process. Following is my experience: I booked property #2475723, and within minutes of paying for the reservation in full, I received a message that it was double booked. I immediately called VRBO and messaged the owner and neither would take responsibility for the double booking or refunding my money. Though both the owner and VRBO were aware of the situation, I received welcome messages, "I hope you're enjoying your stay" ; "it's time to check out" and finally, "I hope you enjoyed your stay'". I stayed in contact with VRBO and the owner during this time to ensure everyone was reminded of the situation and that a refund was in order. I did finally receive a refund (minus the insurance) several days after my trip was over and after filing a dispute with American Express (We stayed in reliable, national brand, non-VRBO property.) . I'm not saying the property isn't nice.. I didn't see or stay in it. I'm just recommending not to use instant book. Contact owner 1st to ensure availability; and keep good records/receipts.
