The cabin has 3 king suites, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space and jetted hot tub and walk in showers. You will find 3 large private decks with a hot tub and park style charcoal grill. With easy access to all the area's top attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Little Cub Cabin is the perfect base for your Smoky Mountain getaway.

GUEST ACCESS: Enjoy hassle-free check in with directions and key codes available on your mobile device. Check-in at 4:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM.
ROADS: In the winter, 4WD or AWD is recommended. Download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel due to spotty cell service in the mountains.
PARKING: Free parking in front of the cabin for up to 4 vehicles. No steep roads leading to the cabin.
SECURITY CAMERA: There is a security camera on the front porch in place for your protection.
SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING and drug free cabin.

Please bring your own shampoo, soap, toiletries, condiments, zip lock bags, and firewood.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given due to weather related issue.
Guests must sign a rental agreement upon check-in. A $300 refundable hold for incidentals will be placed on credit card from check-in to check-out.
Cancellation policy: Guest receives 97.00% + $100.00 cancellation fee if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Please note that there is some construction on a nearby cabin across the street. Weekend guests can be confident of a quiet, relaxed stay, but there is the possibility of daytime construction noise during the week, so weekday guests should be aware that this could have a (hopefully very minimal) impact on their visit. Most people spend much of their days sight-seeing outside the cabin, and in this case it would have little effect on your overall experience, as you can look forward to quiet evenings once you return for the day.
