You will have access to the entire home, wooded yard and driveway. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, covered patio & back deck are all comfortable, clean & welcoming! Laundry room available for long-term stays. Nestled in the woods, just 10 minutes from downtown Auburn & Auburn campus, 15 minutes from the Auburn Mall, EAMC Hospital & downtown Opelika, our home offers privacy, convenience & serenity.

Driveway has double parking pad to the side & has space for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway, allowing 4 total vehicles to be parked in the driveway at the same time.

My husband and I are available for the duration of your stay. We can be reached via text, call or email at anytime, for any reason. We love Auburn & are excited to share the town with you!

Our quiet neighborhood and the peaceful setting of our home make it the perfect place for your weekend game day experience with your family, friends, coworkers & more! It is especially Ideal for those looking for a longer stay, with peace and quiet.

We are located on the Moore’s Mill/Society Hill side of Auburn, with a pharmacy, grocery store, multiple gas stations & multiple restaurants just minutes away. Auburn University’s Campus AND TigerTown Shopping Center are both only a 10 minute drive away! 15 minutes to the Auburn Mall, EAMC Hospital & downtown Opelika.

The home sits on 3+ acres of mature woods and there is an abundance of wildlife around the home including deer, squirrels, possums, ducks, armadillos, snakes and a variety of insects. As fall approaches, be on the lookout for all the beautiful colors!

Please note that there is a sunken living room in the home. It is only one step down into the living room from the front foyer, the dining room & the downstairs hallway. There are fewer steps leading into the house on the back of the home vs. the front of the house as well.

Refunds will not be give in the event of unforeseen extreme weather conditions, power outages, internet outages, water outages, or the presence of woodland animals & insects.

Please note that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE for any parties, extra guests (beyond the reserved amount) and broken house rules. The property is NO SMOKING. You will be assessed a $500 fee for smoking inside. Our properties are closely monitored for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and community.

We have 2 tickets for every home Football game at Jordan-Hare Stadium. The tickets are in Section 42, Row 48, Seats 15 & 16.

You will be able to add-on tickets in the guest portal after your reservation is confirmed.

Tickets will be electronically transferred after payment is secured and the university has released them to us (usually in August).

Tickets are only available to the person that is booking the weekend that the game will take place. If you are not booking the weekend of the game, please do not add that game`s tickets to your cart.

1. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. This includes wipes and all parts of feminine products.

2. Fireplace: if you are not experienced with a wood-burning fireplace, please do not attempt to learn here. Lighter fluid is NEVER to be used in the fireplace. There is a lever in the center top portion of the opening that controls the flue in the chimney. By using the hook on one of the fireplace tools, you can adjust the lever back and forth to open and close the flue. Please ensure the flue is completely open when using the fireplace and that it is completely closed when not using the fireplace. Lever will be hanging down when the flue is closed & will be against the top of the opening when the flue is open. Please be mindful of the hard wood floors when carrying and placing firewood as to not drop the wood and damage the floors.

3. Please enjoy the kitchen by making yourself at home. Any supplies that are in the cabinets and refrigerator are there to use. Our request to you is if you dirty it, please clean it. Please use a cutting board and do not place hot pans directly on the counter tops. Pots, Pans, Metal Cups, wooden cookware, and Knives are NOT to be put in the dishwasher. Everything else is dishwasher safe.

4. Please do not remove remotes.

5. Please do not leave house unlocked when you are not here. Your code will control the alarm during your stay, so feel free to use the alarm as you wish.

6. Please, no food or drinks (water excluded) upstairs.

7. If your party sleeps on the futon in the living room or in the Murphy bed upstairs, please use the sheets provided in the linen closet in the hallway by the living room. Extra pillows are provided in the linen closet as well. Do not sleep with throw pillows.

8. Bath towels are not to be used to clean up spills. There are cleaning towels in the laundry room cabinets, if needed.

9. The black hand towels in each bathroom labeled `Makeup` are for anyone who needs to use them. Please do not use white towels for this purpose.

10. No Pets Allowed. This includes ESA`s.

11.Laundry: feel free to use our laundry room during your stay. Excessive laundry use resulting in increased power and water daily usage will lead to additional charges.

12.Extra guests: the number of guests in your reservation will be verified upon arrival. Extra guests (without prior owner approval) are not allowed.

13.Please do not use cigars, cigarettes , vapes, pipes, incense, candles, or any other smoke or fragrance emitting objects inside the home.

14. Trash is never to be left on porches. The property is in the woods. It will attract wild animals. Trash should be disposed in the GREEN can at the bottom of the driveway. Recycling should be disposed of in the BLUE can. If trash is found in the blue can, fees will be charged for removal and proper disposal.

Failure to comply with these rules will be grounds for penalty, to include but not limited to additional charges, termination of reservation, removal from the premises, and/or any additional claims as allowed under the rules of the platform through which the booking was made. Guests will also be responsible for any damages or theft. If the police are called out to the house for any reason, a $500 fine will be charged.
