Heron 501--HUGE 3Br/3 Ba Corner Condo with Room for All!

Heron 501--A high floor and wrap-around balcony provide the ultimate sense of luxury in this bayfront condo. Heron 501 is a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental with plenty of privacy to relax after a fun day in the sun.

The unit includes two bedroom master suites with king beds and and a guest bedroom, full kitchen, living room, sitting area, and in unit washer and dryer. Every room includes its own flat screen television and personal storage. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as the sitting room just off the kitchen. This condo does come with access to the resort fitness center.

The main master en suite includes a king-size bed, access to a private balcony with views of the bay, unobstructed waterfront views, a double vanity, garden tub, and large walk-in shower.

The second master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and a private balcony that has views of the gulf .

Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed with twin bunks and a twin trundle with a bathroom right out its door.

Large kitchen and dining room open to the living room so everyone can be a part of the gathering.

The unobstructed views of the Choctawhatchee Bay are unique throughout Heron 501. This unit also offers convenient access to the marina, lazy river, and free WiFi.

Awesome place to stay!

We go to the beach every summer and this is a great condo. We felt very comfortable and accommodated from the second we walked in. Great restaurants are within walking distance and everything we needed was nearby. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer!

This condo and resort were amazing!

Perfect for our family and friends who came to celebrate our wedding! Our condo was large enough to have everyone over for breakfast or dinner and hang out.

Great place to stay

We loved our room. Loved the lazy river and the smaller pool on the side. Everything was very clean and nice. Grilled burgers our last night. Very family friendly place. Great place to take your kids.

Family vacation

This condo was amazing. The master suite is everything and more. The amenities are great! We had family in the area visit for dinner and we had everything to serve dinner like we were at home. We definitely will stay here again!

Beyond Amazing!

Very clean and simply gorgeous. I just wanted to hang out on the huge patio when i want floating in the lazy river. The master bath is bigger than an RV! The lazy river takes 5 minutes to make a complete lap. Getting to the ocean is easy.

The condo was very spacious. Could have used a deep clean (I'm picky) but surface was clean enough. Great lanai, beds were super comfy, huge TV, well stocked, nice overall. We had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo for a quick trip to the beach. We were a party of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids). Plenty of room for everyone. Great views of the bay, and convenience of the sky bridge got us to the beach side pretty easily. Lazy River was a great bonus. Would definitely book this rental again. Balcony was huge and accommodating for the whole family.

Family SB Trip 2022

The property was awesome from the condo to the amenities. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cups for our family to use on a daily basis. The laundry room was nice to dry our swimming gear daily. The bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses for all. The patio was amazing to have a cup of coffee on in the morning and a beer in the evening while enjoying the spectacular views of the bay, city and sunsets. The pools were great, but could have been warmer. The beach was a short walk away (5-10 minutes). We would most definitely go back again!

Great memories made

Was disappointed the jacuzzi tube wasn't working. Knobs were off the tube. At our age we were looking forward to being able to use that to help with aches and pains from walking around all day. We feel like we should get money back because this was a huge reason we rented this type of condo. There was also a bar of soap left in shower that had hair on it from private areas of the body from previous renter. Didn't like having to deal with disposing of that. Which made us think unit wasn't very clean. Floors were also dirty. We usually stay at this location at least once a year, and sometimes twice a year. We really enjoy the area. Would like credit for the problems we had with this stay, other than the problems we enjoyed time with our family.

Large Comfortable Condo with a huge patio

I would definitely reccomend this location. We came with 6 adult couples but the condo would be great for familys as well (There are multiple swimming pools and a lazy river) 3 bathrooms which was wonderful! This is a great location if you have a boat as there are slips you can rent at the condo and a Marina close by. The location is very convenient. There is a nice bayside view. We utilized the large patio every day. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of wildlife to see. I prefer the bayside water and view but if you want to enjoy the beach there is a walking bridge to the beach. They rent chairs and umbrellas and there is a wagon at the condo for you to carry other items. Fishing charters and boat rentals right next door. The kitchen is well stocked but there is only a Keurig so you will need K-cups for coffee. Property management was very responsive. We actually had to reach out to them because we stayed an extra day!

Beautiful condo

The condo was gorgeous and very spacious for our family of five adults and five children. Very short walk to the beach across pedestrian bridge. Most of our time was spent at the lazy River to make the kids have a memorable experience. Awesome customer service. We arrived in 3 separate cars and found that there were only 2 parking passes. I called and within a few minutes another two parking passes were delivered to our condo. The only cons were that there was a keurig one cup coffee machine only when we have 3 2 cup coffee drinkers and we ended up purchasing a coffee machine at Publix. The other complaint was the pillows. Some where really hard and others didn’t have enough stuffing to be supportive. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay at this condo again and highly recommend to others.

Great place buuuuuut

When exitig the condo unit to the awesome deck overlooking the water there is a 8 inch tall riser at your feet where you trip over. for the life of me I have no idea why it's there but it caused me to fall it caused my son to fall and gave my granddaughter a serious big bruise on her ribs. It made us angry because it hurt her so bad. You cannot remove it and of course you're not thinking about stepping over something when you're going out to the deck. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great place. If I didn't know better I would have thought it was a practical joke. I put some blankets and pillows down over them when we had guests so they wouldn't fall. I asked someone who worked there to take a look at it and they said they never seen such a thing. Neither me nor my guests could imagine why it's there. This riser was rlthe full width of the slide door openings and at both doors.
