There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare wonderful food, and you can take your meals out to the private balcony to enjoy an al-fresco dining experience. Don't forget to take the elevator to explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool, sauna, and tennis court. The suite's free WiFi will make it easy to post a good selfie to your social media.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Last minute getaway

Last minute trip on a budget. Nice hotel. Great security. Reasonable price. Could use some updated beds but plenty of room.

Last minute get away

Over all stay was great, condo was nice and clean with COLD AIR.. balcony area was outstanding… grill area was nice. For the price this condo was a great pic.will stay here again.😎

The confo eas dirty and smelled like mildew . The living room furniture snelled bad and the chair and ottoman were too FILTHY to sit on. All extra blankets snelled like dirty feet and perfume. I had to spend my money for cleaning stuff and my 2st 4 hours of vacation making it liveable, all after a 12 hour drive. I AM FURIOUS!

Amazing anniversary trip

It was a plesant stay. The couch was a bit lumpy and probably needs to be replaced. Beds werw comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view was amazing. We have already booked the same placw for next year!

Great location and price

The condo is located in a great location near shopping, restaurants, and just minutes from the beach. It’s beachside so you have an amazing view. As far as the condo itself, it’s nice. It’s a little dated but that didn’t bother us. The only issues were the noisy and wobbly ceiling fan in the guest room. The owners had a box fan in the master so we moved it in there to help the girls. The ac didn’t seem to push a lot of cold air in the guest room but we adjusted the temp and the girls managed fine. There’s not much for food storage so you might want to bring some or a box of ziplocks. The small table in the kitchen seemed a little odd and out of place since there is a nice dining room table. It’s not very noisy but you can hear people walking above and when they flush the toilet. Still not a deal breaker for us. My family and I would happily stay here again without hesitation.

Won’t stay again

Floors were dirty. The furniture was disgusting. You can’t sit on couch without falling in. The few things in kitchen didn’t work or were on the top shelf with no step ladder. The overhead lights in den and master didn’t work. Pull chains were to high for me to reach. Master bath needs a slip proof mat. I slipped twice and have bruises to prove it. The thermostat cannot be adjusted. The kitchen light didn’t work properly. The master bdrm slider wouldn’t open. The pictures for this unit are not accurate. The furniture looks ancient and was stained. The outside furniture was worse. The cushions were mildewed. This was a most unpleasant stay.

The Palms 713

Let me start by saying that I did not rent this room. I was relocated to it after VACASA cancelled my reservation on the day of check-in, after I was six hours into my trip. The Palms is a nice gulf-front property with indoor/outdoor pools and exercise facilities. Room 713 is not nice. It was dusty and the furniture is worn and dirty. The balcony floor had not been cleaned in some time and one of the chairs was broken. The remaining balcony furniture was dirty and chipped. The master bath mirror needs to be replaced, and there was mold and scum under the soap dish in the bath tub. There was one skillet in the kitchen with dried food left on it and some pots. The pot holders in the kitchen drawer had dried food on them. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was broken at the top hinge. This relocation room did not compare to the room I originally rented.

Palms 713

This condo is bare minimum. It also needs maintenace done. The screen door will not move due to the track being eaten away by salt. All the furniture inside and out is not clean and is from the 70's. Our AC was out for 2 of the 4 nights. We did get a partial night refund. Communication from Vacasa was not optimal. I had to call them repeatedly. Noone ever called me until the 3rd day after I had called a total of about 7 times. An attempt to fix the AC was made on day 2. There was no communication around that other than a paper to say someone had been there. And the AC still didn't work. I would not book this condo again.

Do not recommend.

The property was extremely disgusting. The clients arrived and there was blood on the sinks and doors. There was mold in the curtains. The furniture was dirty. When we contacted management, nothing more than vacuuming and mopping was done. The rate that was paid was double from last year and a far worse experience. Will not return.

Needs a complete overhaul/Don't Recommend

I would not recommend this condo, but The Palms as a whole was nice. There is not one thing in this condo that is not dirty/stained/needs replaced. EVERYTHING! This is the first time I felt inclined to leave a review. Upon arrival the floors were so sticky (had to go to store to buy cleaning supplies) and my daughter's socks were instantly black. The furniture in the living room was so dirty/stained that we used the extra sheets to cover them so we didn't have to sit on them. My daughter went into the guest room and found a half eaten cookie and ketchup packs. Carpet was gross. The outdoor furniture was rundown or broken. I could go on and on about how rundown this condo is, but not enough space. I understand the owner may not want to invest in the property because others are not respectful of the furnishings, but you need to take a little pride in what you own. The only thing nice about the condo is that is on the beach, the Palms as a whole is nice, and the stove/refrigerator was newer. Otherwise, nothing positive. Renters beware.

My son stayed in this condo as we were next door at Turquoise which is a much nicer property. I never saw it except in pictures. His comment was that is was “pedestrian” but he is a very pickey 30 year old.

Terribly Disappointed!

The overall condo was a place to drop your bags and not somewhere you really want to spend any significant time. When someone starts looking closer, it needs a scrubbing, fixing, and remodeling. Its like a hodge-podge of furniture that doesn't match or come close to even going together. Most of the furniture needs to be replaced. There was an empty armoire in the living room that was just taking up space and served no purpose. Nearly every sitting area sinks in on itself. The master bedroom really needs a Queen or King sized bed. Double beds in a master do not work, especially when there is room for a larger bed. One of the sliding doors to the washer and rusted dryer came completely off and is broken at the bottom. I tried to make do of trying to get it back on track, but to no avail. Several kitchen cabinet doors do not close or are falling off the hinges. One of the cabinet door hinges is completely broken. Had to prop it up to keep it from falling off. Most of the pressed wood cabinets are peeling and flaking off. The rusted, green "island" table in the middle of the kitchen floor needs to be removed. I moved it into living room to get it out of the way. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced as it leaks and the entire condo's water pressure needs to be addressed. The master bathroom tub drain is chipping and green. The tub's water handle is completely molded underneath. The broken towel rack in the Master, that has one jagged piece still attached to the wall needs to be removed. My spouse cut her arm on it. The guest room was fine, except for the crunchy carpet that needs to be cleaned or replaced. The guest bathroom was nice. Much larger than the master bathroom. One of the screens on the balcony completely fell off the first day. I propped it up against the wall, next to the rusted open owner's closet that would not shut, which was blocked by a broken plastic chair. The best part of the condo was the view. The AC worked fine, The fridge was a good size and had a working ice maker. I would recommend The Palms, as a whole. I would not recommend this condo in any way shape or form, until it is completely overhauled.

Beach get away

Unit is kind of dated, kitchen cabinet were peeling, drains in tubs were chirping the metal away. Unit was advertised with queen bed in master but only had a full size bed. The patio screen was broken and laying up to wall on end of balcony.

Great place to stay for the price

Property- 2 elevators. Never waited for more than a 30 secs to get on. Staff was constantly cleaning and making sure everything was sanitary. Security was always around. Both were willing to answer any questions that might come up. The stay- condo was great for the price. It could use some updates and tlc. But overall was excellent. Likes- great deck size and view. Located close to lots of stores and restaurants. Parking was never an issue. Every employee was extremely nice and courteous. Beds were very comfortable. Dislikes- wifi in my condo wasn't secure (not a huge issue). I used the service on my laptop. Made working a little slower. Roku tvs would be nice. Having kids that want to watch movies, this would've been great at the end of the day while your trying to get dinner ready.
