When it comes to entertaining the kids, guests can definitely visit The Park at OWA, with its heart-racing amusement park rides and midway-style games. Spend the day at Waterville USA and zoom down giant waterslides, laze around the lazy river, and let the littles splash around in WAWA World. Enjoy a round of miniature golf, jump and play at a trampoline park, or visit one of several fun arcades in the area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. A Breeze of a Stay

Good property. Great location and easy beach access. Clean and fully furnished as advertised. Dogs will have some trouble with sand spurs if not careful. Good contact from Host throughout our stay. ourstaystay.Pleased to recommend

Great location

Right on the beach, far enough away from the public beach to enjoy some privacy. Wonderful little store across the street for ice and beer. Clean and comfortable with great communication with management team for any issues that arise.

Another Wonderful Vacation!

This was our 4th year staying at The Breeze and it did not disappoint! They have made improvements to the property and it was much cleaner than when we went last year. My family loves the beautiful beachfront view, easy access to the beach, store across the street for ice and other last minute items, wonderful ice cream shop and other fun local shops that are within walking distance. See you next year!

The home was acceptable but the property manager failed to live up to expectations.

The home was of good quality. It needs a few minor repairs that were mainly cosmetic. My primary issue was with Vacasa. I called to report damage almost immediately upon our arrival. The door to the patio which led to the ocean was almost unusable. The door handle was broken and the sliding door was near impossible to slide. I was the only one in our party that could open the door. After reporting the issue, I was told someone would be out right away. Someone did arrive the next day but told us that he was not able to fix it and was going to report it and get it fixed as soon as possible. I sent messages almost every day to check on the progress of the door and our access to the ocean. I was consistently told that someone would be out to work on the door. That did not happen until Friday evening. The company that came and fixed the door informed me that they were not contacted until Friday about fixing the door. We spent the entire week without a working door to the patio. That is the entire reason that we rent a house on the ocean. I would like to know what will be done to remedy this situation. We tried to be patient and not make a stink but that got us no where and we were not able to enjoy the house as was advertised.

Maintenance

We loved the easy beach access and all the different decks. The large Jack & Jill bathroom on the 2nd floor worked well for our stay. The repairs/upgrades were not quality workmanship. Yes, this home is older, but when putting forth the time and effort to make improvements, the owner should invest the money to have work completed correctly. The other main concern we had was the condition of the carpet on the 2nd floor and loft space. It needs to be replaced or at least professionally steam cleaned.

Loved the house

The house was amazing. But there was lots of trash outside from other guests, maybe. Inside wasn't cleaned as much as could've been. A contact was on upstairs nightstand, a cigarette was behind TV in living room, and a used bar of sopa was left in downstairs restroom. I would stay again though, because the house was large and conveniently located.

Easy going beach escape

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The location is amazing! It’s right on the beach so it is the easy to set up on the beach for day and be right by the house for when you need to go in. It was the perfect spot with so many littles. It’s right across the street from some great restaurants and waves convenient store. The house is not brand new but it was nice. Bring your own comforter if you like to sleep with a heavy blanket. The back door was hard to open and close but were told a new one was ordered to replace it. Overall it was a great little beach spot and would come back!

Pick a different place

First of all, I've never left a review of any place I've stayed. I'm just not that kind of person and never do it. This time however....This house is in very poor condition. I've stayed at multiple Meyer properties over the years and this one is far and away the worst. For the amount I payed I expected a MUCH nicer place. The deck is nice and really that and the location are the only things this house has going for it. I've reached out to management and would be willing to discuss it if they ever contact me. Do yourself a favor and pick a different house. Just an FYI the other side attached to this one is just about as bad. They were working on it all hours of the day and night so maybe its getting better.... driving nails at 6:45 every morning,... Thanks guys, just what I want to hear on vacation!!!!!

We absolutely loved the views and being directly on the beach. We also loved that we could leave the bedroom door open upstairs and listen to the waves to go to sleep.

First Family Trip

We loved it….had everything we needed. Even if we didn’t have internet…everything worked out great. Having just a short walk to to beach was my favorite part of the trip. It was wonderful 😀
