You'll be steps away from the pool and right across the street from Sea Oats's private beach access, close to Sea Oats's two fishing piers, a boat ramp, and 50 boat slips. If you are a kayaker, a bird watcher, or a boater, this is the place you'll want to be. This suite is also dog-friendly!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very nice condo

Close to the walkway to the beach. Nice condo, comfortable furniture but no access to storage room to put your beach equipment. Vacasa was very helpful when we lost internet during the CWS!

We loved our first time ever snowbird trip to Gulf Shores. The location is perfect… the Gulf and beach a few steps across the street; restaurants and shopping a few minutes drive away. The sunsets were beautiful. Our unit was a bit old and needs a new coach and loveseat, but everything else met our needs. Beds were quite comfy. Being able to have our dog with us made this a perfect place for us. Management was so helpful whenever we needed them. I would recommend this place for sure.

Family vacation

Loved this condo. Location was perfect. Beach was right across the street. Lagoon was beautiful and peaceful. My son got to fish and I got to kayak. The storage closet was full of beach toys and chairs.

Winter trip to Gulf Shores, AL

The property was clean and spacious. The complex location and green space was great. Ability to contact property managers was poor. Non functioning wifi, constantly dripping kitchen sink, and poorly draining shower could not be attended to. The unit needed some TLC. I would not rent that specific unit again but would rent a better maintained one in Sea Oats. Gulf Shores is a beautiful location in the winter, nearby parks were fabulous and the seafood was great !

Upon arrival we were shocked to see trash behind both nightstands as well as dirty dishes in the cabinets. Management said they’d refund cleaning fee but then never responded. There was also very large roaches on the balcony at night.

Spacious but dirty!

The property had plenty of space if you were bringing 10 of your closest friends for a party. In which case you probably would not mind the filthiness of the condo. However if you’re looking for a nice getaway be sure to pack your own cleaning supplies& roach spray. The kitchen provides plenty of appliances and dishes to prepare a meal. However that is it - i.e. no dish towels, paper towels, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. Hot tub not in service but convenient path to beach across the street.

First Snowbird experience 2022

The complex and the location were perfect. I believe that the issues we have reflect the management company (Vacasa) and not in a positive light! We discovered cockroaches, asked for treatment for them and don’t believe it was done. 2nd bedroom patio door doesn’t have a screen, extra sheets don’t fit the beds, got blankets after our 3rd call, the key code was changed on us partway thru our stay (& of course discovered when getting home with groceries) the parking passes we received were also for only the 1st month of stay (had to request new ones for the 2nd month of stay) 2nd bedroom tv is a 12” can’t even see it from the bed, the vents in this condo aren’t adjustable, they can’t be closed or opened, the hall tub drain is very slow, the back of the bathroom door and all ceramic floors need scrubbed. Otherwise the size of the condo and location were great!

Nice condo, dog friendly, but wifi problem

After not knowing how to get into the building and up to the second floor (no door with an entrance sign), we had to call for help checking in with the keypad. We didn’t know you had to include the # key first. Wish that detail had been specifically mentioned. The condo was nice and had all the amenities, but needs a few fixes (patio door rust chipping off on the floor, sink sprayer needs replacing, wifi not working). LOVED the three big windows in the living room, the sliding doors onto the patio from both bedrooms, and the big tv in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable, but the bedcovers were paper thin. I was hoping for soft, fluffy bath towels, but they were thin and rough. The water pressure in both kitchen sink and showers was low. Beach access was super easy. We greatly appreciated being able to have our dog with us without any issues or complaints. Thanks for a great spring break!

repairs needed

There was NO sign showing how to access the stairs to the upper level condos. The address on our condo door was locked & NO keypad. Had to wait an hour for management to let us know the door was on the opposite side of the building. I noticed later that The other buildings had signage. Upon entry to the condo, the a/c was broken & the unit was at 83 degrees; Another set back. Management did respond & send a repair guy. Then the a/c repair guy used a code to enter our condo & it deleted our code to gain access to our unit. Just a cluster of issues.

The cons are that we had roaches crawling around when we got to the unit and had to call maintenance to spray. Had an AC leak on night 2 and had to have the power to the unit shut off for an hour while we helped find the issue which even the plumber said was an emergency. This unit is up four flights of stairs and there is no elevator so we literally had to carry our 50lb dogs up the stairs multiple times a day during our stay. No parking decals..we didn't catch it until our last day and were worried we'd get towed. Master bedroom closet door broke off the first day there and property manager never responded to our voice-mail after we left to call us. Pros- the unit was very clean. The beds slept amazing. We were minutes from lots of great places to eat and shop and have fun with our grandson. Unit was well stocked with towels and things we needed and the pool- amazing. The view is also fantastic from the unit. Just a quick walk to the gulf and sound.

Lots of issues... overwhelming urine scent in the master bedroom, could not even stay in there or use this room. We called Vacasa on this issue, they cleaned the carpet 2 days after arrival but it stayed damp and smelled. My wife awoke with a burning in her throat the first night. Did not sleep in that room the rest of our vacation. No batteries in the thermostat for heat or AC, temps fluctuated into the 50s overnight, forcing us to buy long sleeve clothing. Also no blankets! No oven mitts to remove food from the oven Batteries in the TV remotes held in by band-aids, batteries were dead. TV in 2nd bedroom never worked, cable torn out of input jack. TV in second bedroom 10 inch screen. Dried foods in bowls and dishes, found in cabinets. Sofa had holes. Hot tub near pool never worked, always cold. Floors coming up in multiple places. One mini blind was broken. No tupperware provided for leftovers. Great location for beach and lagoon access, but with all other problems made in ridiculous to enjoy.

Vacasa does HORRIBLE JOB managing this property! THE FILTHIEST rental ever! I am ok with outdated, I cannot tolerate filth. Such a shame. - Couches - HOLES and FUR. I know it's pet friendly but there were bunches of long dog hair stuck to the sides of the couches as if the cleaning team has never ran a lint roller. Reviews from April 2022 mentioned the same holes...Also, they smell. - Yellow stains (maybe dog urine as it looks like it was running down the surface as if a male dog peed on it) on the walls and doors. - Bathroom - 1/4" thick lint buildup on the bathroom vanity and floor boards - seems like it's from the dirty old AC unit that blew lint from the floor onto the cabinet. - Pieces of prickly plant with dog fur left on the nightstand! - Vinyl floors are chipped, creating sharp edges you trip over. - Carpet in the guest bedroom it wore out - the WOOD PLANK WITH NAILS, that holds it in place, is sticking out and I PIERCED MY FOOT the first night we were there. - Nasty dirty floors - first night we walked barefooted and our feet turned BLACK. - Smell. Kitchen cabinets have moldy smell -we rewashed all the dishes before use as they had the same smell. - Dirty dishes in the cabinets. - Microwave - eaten by rust. - Patio furniture is falling apart. Hazard. - Hot tub didn't work and was always cold. - No blankets, only 2 sheets. Pillows - old, flat. It feels like the cleaning team replaces towels and sheets and never actually cleans. Get them a mop.

Softball World Series trip

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. It was convenient to the beach, softball fields, and restaurants. They condo was just as described online. We had one problem that was remedied quickly. We would stay at Sea Oats again.

The Good and Bad

The CONDO Pros – Good Location and easy to get to the beach. There was a wash station and outside shower heads on both sides of the road and outside the entrance to the condos. There were two pools that wasn’t too crowded. The pools were well maintained. The boat slips and docks were relatively new. There was a covered picnic area however as a con this was taken up by one group of people who wouldn’t remove their chairs or grill to let others use. The condo was clean however dated. There was a number supplied to call if there were any issues needed to be fixed. The CONDO Con’s – The Wi-Fi appears to be shared among to tenets of the CONDO, when (with one device added from our group) tried to connect the error message came back Too Many connections and IP could not be assigned to my device. The overhead fan in one room didn’t work and the TV would not pick up stations (found that the cable was pulled out of the connector). The closet door in the other bedroom was off the slides. These were reported to the number provided and was told they would have maintenance fix them the TV and closet door (might be Wednesday if the cable company had to fix the TV). Was told the Owner would need to approve the fan repair. Was informed the Maintenance man would call before arrival, The notification was made on the first day and we were there for 6 days no one ever called and the issues were no repaired. A repair to the carpet had been made sometime in the past (from back bedroom to back bathroom) the nail strips were poking through and I stepped on them several times (ouch). The linen on the foldout couch was not removed from the last tenant. Main issue is that Vacasa didn’t appear to be concerned to the reported issues in that they didn’t call to ensure that the issues were fixed, bad customer service.
