Sea Oats B104 is a well-appointed two-bedroom home that offers everything needed for a great weekend or a longer stay. The kitchen will make preparing your favorite meals fun and easy, and with a king-size bed, you're sure to get a luxurious sleep, especially after enjoying everything Seat Oats has to offer. B104 is situated away from the crowds but close enough to all of the attractions of the area. This place is great for families wanting to spend time with their children as there are two children's pools, two adult pools, fishing piers, and the beach right across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful stay

We had an amazing 2 night stay while attending a soccer tournament nearby. Beach access was perfect-right across the street. The pool was clean and large. We all slept great. It was very quiet at night. Would come back again!

Great place

Great condo for a quick getaway to the beach. Location was perfect! Staff was quick to respond to any questions I had. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and very comfortable. Only real area where we felt it was lacking was in the view from the balcony which they only have so much control over. Other than that, though, it is a great unit. Easy check-in and check-out, comfortable furniture, very clean, easy beach, bay and pool access. Would stay here again, and happy to recommend to others.

Lovely week on the beach!

Overall a great stay! A couple of updates needed, but great beach access and lots of room to stretch out. Would have been a 5 star, but there were some cleaning issues.

Sea Oats is awesome

The location is great with community pools and deeded & quick access to the beach. The bath towels were like sandpaper though, so you will want to bring your own.

Vacation

Had a wonderful time the condo was more than adequate. Had a couple days of rain and high surf. The wife brought back about 15 pounds of shells. Looking forward to next year for another visit.

Meets the Need

Overall- the unit met the needs. Complex is great. Good location to beach, lagoon, pass, and town. The unit was clean and had necessities. The WiFi did not work in the unit and the beds could use a refresh. The TV in the guest room would turn on but nothing would work on it. The bath tub in the master was a bit slick. Threshold to the guest room was broken and could be a hazard. Check in and check out was a breeze. With a few minor adjustments the place would easily increase the experience.

Sea oats 104b

Kitchen overall was clean, the rest of the condo could use better cleaning. Furniture was very dusty. Floors with carpet held dirt and dust. Furniture was in good shape. We did not have WiFi service. Asked for help several times and were told that a ticket had been placed but it was never resolved.

Had all the necessities

Responsive customer service. Had some issues figuring out how to use WiFi, which ended up not being a secure connection. It worked well, but made me nervous not being on a secure network. The location was good. Beach access was easy. Could improve if beach supplies were available to use and if new master bed. Start paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags but not enough for a week, so bring extra. Overall, I’d recommend this unit.

Happy it worked out

I was a bit concerned when we first arrived on property because the building reminded me of an apartment building. Once inside the condo I was very pleasantly suprised and had a good stay. My biggest issue was the kids staying above us running around and could be heard through the ceiling all evening and into the night and the adults walking sounded like they didnt walk on feet, just heels.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed this vacation condo! The location was great. We walked to both the beach and bay within minutes. There was plenty of space for my family of 5. The kitchen could use some organizing but it’s very well stocked. Loved having the washer and dryer. I loved sitting on the balcony the most!! The light did need to be replaced but other than that, it was my favorite spot. The 2nd bedroom sliding glass doors that lead outside is very hard to open. My least favorite thing was that the wifi didn’t work at all. The wifi name wasn’t even listed as an option to connect with. Lastly, it needs to be more clear about how to get to the specific unit. Once you find the entrance and the units front door, you’ll need to know about turning the deadbolt as you try to open it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Good, for a long weekend away from work

This was a great value for a long weekend type stay, as long as you don't have any internet work dependencies. The property is a nice balance in the sense it's far away from the the hustle of Hangout area, but close enough it's an easy drive to the entertainment district. The described internet was unavailable and using a mobile phone hotspot for internet is not good performance on the beach. There some strange floor leak in the door of the master bedroom, we tried to reach Vacasa to report the maintenance issue a couple times with no answers via phone or live text. Again, if you're a low maintenance person/people, this is a great value.

Comfy Beach Condo

This place was perfect for our family. We had 3 of our kids with us and we all fit just perfectly. The kitchen had the essentials and bathrooms had 2 rolls in each (very thin toilet paper). The beds were ok comfy. The balcony was amazing and we were able to sit and look out at the beach. The pool was so nice for the kids too. We could walk to the beach BUT during the July 4th holiday that beach was packed in like sardines! You could barely walk to the water. We ended up driving into Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach to get a little distance from people. There are no beach items so make sure to bring your own. We had brought our own towels a canopy, umbrella, and lots of floats. The condo has a washer and dryer which was so nice to wash all of our beach clothes, towels, and clothes so I don’t have to laundry when I get home! We will def be back.

lack of timely response

No WiFi for the entire stay. One tv didn't work at all. One remote had dead batteries. Called 800 number and outlined problems. Lady said she was preparing ticket for supervisory personnel. New got a response. I should get a credit for a reasonable amount due to lack of WiFi.

Property Mangers Don't Care About Upkeep

Mattresses need updated. Wifi needs fixed. Wouldn't even appear when searched. The entry way to every room was broken. I was afraid my kids would cut their feet. The sliding doors to the balcony barely open. You had to fight with them to get them to budge open at all. The open electrical in the ceiling of the master needs a fan, light, SOMETHING rather than wires hanging from the ceiling. There weren't enough bath towels or wash clothes for our stay AT ALL. We had 6 people and there weren't enough towels to begin with or any back ups. No extra toilet paper. The floors were dirty upon entry. My feet were black soon after I took my shoes off. Sand everywhere, excessively. The mattress for the pull out had dirt on it. No comforters for any of the beds or extras. lankets. for the pull out.

FAILED to meet our expectations

Our family has used several VRBO properties over the years and this was our worst experience. I spent more time on my phone with the management company as well as the internet provider than I ever have before. This property advertised that it had WiFi. One of the features we needed for our trip. After several conversations with the management company as well as the internet provider finally 3 days into our stay someone came and set up the WiFi. As soon as they left it dropped off of our devices. This was to be a working trip for me so this was a huge inconvenience. There were no dish towels. I informed them of that and was told’ “well they usually only leave just one”. One would have been better than none. I never received any dish towels. The blender leaked which they did remedy with a replacement the next day. I have to use the blender to make my husbands medicine so it is important to us, Someone parked in our assigned parking place and even though we contacted management with a picture of the car and license plate the only thing they did was tell us to park in our other spot but didn’t tell us where it was. It is also not mentioned that you must climb two flights of stairs to get to this unit. The access to the beach and the pier behind the unit was nice.
