Located in peaceful, quiet Perdido Key, this row of connected townhomes is a low-density, Gulf-front building that gives the impression of having your own private beach. Step out onto the balcony to relax in one of the comfortable chairs. Take your cup of coffee, or even have breakfast or lunch outside and watch the surf gently roll in.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living area upstairs designed in peaceful, earthy tones. The tile flooring makes cleanup easy and the open kitchen-dining-living room floor plan invites lots of conversation.

The master bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, comes with a beautiful Gulf-front view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a quaint balcony space just outside. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. A half bath is available downstairs.

This townhome is just steps from the beach via a boardwalk and within one mile of the world-famous Flora-Bama.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
