We booked at Crystal Shore because of the indoor/outdoor pool so our small children could play in the water and get out of the sun, however the pool was SO COLD we couldn’t even get in it in June!! We had to stay in the condo all afternoon . The condo was fine but we can book a condo anywhere - it was the covered pool we were booking for!

Don’t book at Crystal Shore if you want a pool

We booked at Crystal Shore because of the indoor/outdoor pool, so our small children could play in the pool and get out of the sun but the pool was SO COLD we couldn't even get in it in June!! 😡😡 Our only water play option was the ocean and that is only good for a short time with 2 & 5 year olds. All afternoon was spent inside the condo! Will never book at Crystal Shore again! The condo itself was fine, the beds were comfortable, unit was clean and the wrap around balcony was great. The bedrooms & bathrooms have plenty of room, which was nice. Thank goodness the living space was also roomy since we had to spend our afternoons inside. If it wasn’t for the freezing pool we would stay here again.

Slow Customer Service

We had "fab" (key) issues and we reported it upon check-in. This problem was not resolved until the last day of our stay. We were disappointed that this process took so long and after multiple phone calls to get someone to fix it. There seemed to be a shortage of "onsite" personnel to assist us and it seemed to us that our reported problem was put on very low priority.

Great condo and ocean view

Great view of the beach from the 13th floor. Elevators were quick. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice having an Icemaker in fridge. Full size washer and dryer were convenient also. Nice clean beach. Stayed 6 nights. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Condo

Good location on the beach. Corner unit with beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen fully furnished.

Very nice

This place was very nice and clean. The location was perfect and Vacasa was great to work with! They were so accommodating and quick to respond to issues like our door code not working and having to move our arrival date up a couple days because of a sudden death in the family. We will visit again hopefully with warmer weather!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Very easy to get in and out, traffic was not bad at all. Beautiful view, loved the corner balcony view. Easy access to beach. Seemed to be less crowded beach than the surrounding condos. My only complaint is that you only get 1 fob to access the beach/pool/gym, so if everyone in your party doesn’t want to do the same thing at the same time it is inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again though!

Overall it was a good Condo. View is great! Sunset and sunrise and you can see if the pool is busy or not. You can tell the unit that needs some TLC. Patio doors really hard to open & there is a seal that keeps popping off, master bath toilet constantly runs, & broken exterior chairs.
