This Gulf-front condo is comfortable and affordable. Amenities include an outdoor, Gulf-side pool and the beach! Walk to the Gulf State fishing pier, and restaurants from this great Gulf Shores location.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to dine in and the bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels, while the beds have soft and clean linens.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo in Gulf Shores! The condo is beautifully decorated and overall very clean and comfortable. We did notice the air vent and top of the refrigerator could use a little extra attention, and the tub drain wasn’t draining well. The microwave also didn’t work during our visit. However, the manager was very responsive—he offered to fix the drain and provide a loaner microwave, but since our stay was short, we let him know it wasn’t necessary. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our time and would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean but very dated building

The condo itself was very clean which I appreciated. The building although was very dated and just looked neglected. The condo had some updates with the kitchen and bathroom, but the furniture was very worn. The bed was terrible. It had a hole on the right side and a huge hump in the middle. The bedroom had no overhead light or fan. Only lamps. The couch was dirty and worn looking. The elevator went out on day two. Which made for a fun many trips loading the vehicle on the last day. The location was very convenient to restaurants and attractions. The walk to the beach was very short which was great. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it served it purpose.

Okay condo in good location and great views.

We loved the views and overall condo was what we expected. There was not a decent frying pan. Both were rusted. Couch not comfortable at all. We did enjoy our stay but cookware and couch need replaced.

Ok Stay

The unit was clean and parking included, so that was nice. But it’s oddly-furnished and the furniture isn’t particularly comfortable. Nonstick cookware in terrible condition, leaving bits of the coating on our food. ew. Bathroom was clean but there’s no counter space, no hand towel hook, and just one bath towel hook. The listing says the unit accommodates 6 guests but I can’t imagine. The building exterior and outdoor spaces are tired and in desperate need of a refresh.

Perfect stay!

This condo has a beautiful view and everything you need. We had our one year old so seating was a little rough with the tall chairs at meal time but everything else was perfect.

Beach Getaway

This property was immaculate and just as pictured on the website. We were just steps away from the beach and enjoyed the covered porch during our stay. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and the state park. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

Our go-to condo for Gulf Shores

Clearwater Condo is first choice for Gulf Shores. We love that it is a bit further down the beach and not as crowded. The unit was very clean and comfortable. They were also very quick to reply and send out a plumber for the clogged bathtub drain (I'm sure that is a constant battle for beach front condos!)

I booked this condo for a trip with my two teens. We had plenty of space for the three of us and we LOVED the location. The condo itself was very clean and super cute. My kids and I travel all over and this is our new favorite place, we will now be regulars! Thanks so much for a great week!

The condo was just as it was represented on-line. Everything associated with this stay went quite well. The only issue was a very noisy pool pump. I reported that to the management company and someone was dispatched to address that within 30 minutes! Great responsiveness!!

Pleasant 2-week stay. Furniture was ok, but some (metal stools) not very comfortable and tall stools at high kitchen counter not very practical for persons with hip trouble. Bathroom was nice except for lack of storage, hooks & towel bars. Linen included only 2 hand towels. Not a very big selection of dinnerware. Do like the location and building size.

Frustrating

We arrived on Saturday and after multiple texts and phone calls, we finally received our parking pass on Thursday. The home office is located less than 2 miles away from our condo! We were lucky our vehicle wasn’t towed. Then our WiFi wasn’t connecting our tv streaming kept freezing. Again after numerous texts and phone calls, we had a technical from the cable company come out and replaced our modem. This took 11 days to get fixed! The local office was horrible to work with, their vm was filled, and the other phone number wasn’t even connected or in service! The room itself didn’t have enough storage for 2 let alone 6. Not happy or impressed with our stay

Rental Unit Was Great. Property Management Not So Good

As far as the unit itself, it was clean as promoted and just the right size for me and my wife. However, promoting that unit for 6 people is a bit misleading unless you specify that one or two of those people should be kids or teenagers with a short/medium height and small/medium frame. The unit to me had a couple of issues. One was the commode which is still one of those old round styles which is not ideal for people with large frame. They need to replace it with an elongated type which will not take too much more space in the bathroom despite it being small. One other issue to me which is a bit more serious is the fact that the patio door would not lock! If we look at it from the perspective of a woman or a group of women, I see that as an opportunity for a motivated crook at the unit next door or even above to try to break in. My experience with Vacasa on the other hand was a bit negative! I received an access code prior to my arrival that turned out to be good for the swimming pool area only. We arrived very late around 11 PM to find out the code we received would not give us access to the unit. We were tired, and it was cold and windy outside! It took us 20+ minutes to resolve the issue with their answering service. The parking passes were the ones left by the previous guest who checked out on 01/02. That lead me to realize nobody from Vacasa had been in the unit since the cleaning crew was there after the previous guests left. I did ask for an extra half or full hour to check out as I was running behind and was denied. Then 30 minutes before the expected check out time, someone was knocking on our door to clean up the unit. Not sure if that was a coincidence or if the person I talked to sent someone over there to put some pressure on us to get out! The unit is very small, and it should not take much time to clean it. We could not find a hair dryer, so you will need to bring your own. There was an iron and an ironing table. Unless they removed dishes prior to our arrival because we were only two guests, there were no many plates, glasses, mugs, etc. There were two coffee makers including a Keurig type.

Good but not great

Pros: Location is perfect! Condo is easy to find and conveniently located to everything. I loved being close to Orange Beach so we could enjoy both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Great location right on the beach. The complex was not crowded or noisy which I was worried about but we had no issues. Cons: The complex could use some TLC. The master bedroom had an awful smell. The master bedroom had what I would describe as a shower curtain for a bedspread that smelled. I washed the covers and sheets they smelled so bad. The pull out bed had sheets only, no pillows or blankets. Luckily I had brought an extra blanket for the master bedroom but I had to go purchase a blanket for the pull out bed. There was an obvious humidity problem in the condo, not uncommon on the beach, but the dehumidifier ran constantly and damage was visible throughout the condo. Overall not a bad place to stay but I will not be booking again.
