Perfect home away from home

The property is by the beach. Location is great - close to everything. Very clean! And the host is very helpful and responds right away. Overall we had an awesome time!

Great Stay in Kihei!

This was our 3rd stay at this condo complex and it didn’t disappoint. The amenities in our condo were excellent. We didn’t lack for anything:beach chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels etc. Comfy beds, clean and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lap swimming heaven. So close to the ocean, Times Market, food trucks, shopping, etc. It’s a fantastic location and we’ll be coming back for a 4th time in the future.

Lovely, well-kept condo unit right beside the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would love to return. The condo is very well-stocked and in great shape. The owners were easy to communicate with and we had no issues at all during our stay.

Very nice and right on the beach

Nicely updated and clean condo, steps from the beach and with a cute lanai for watching sunsets. We loved having beach chairs available and the owners have clearly thought about how to make guests comfortable!

Excellent condo,

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants, and the beach. The closet is stocked with beach gear and games to play in condo. It looked to have a recent remodel, which made it feel comfy and like home. A great place for a Hawaiian Vacation.

Beautiful property steps from the beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. They had everything we needed and more. We particularly enjoyed our mornings at the beach, snorkeling. The unit was stocked with everything that you could ask for including snorkels, boogie boards, I know, beach toys, lots of towels and more. The property also has a really nice pool for the kids as well as proximity to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and more. Overall, the stay was great and the host was exceptionally kind and helpful. We highly recommend this property for anybody looking to stay nearby the beach.

Good location to amenities (grocery, restaurant etc)

Owners are great to deal with, condo has all necessities to prepare own meals. Property has 3 new Weber bbqs. Good pool, beach is seconds away without having to cross S. Kihei Road. Owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, pail and shovels for kids, beach umbrellas.

We had a great time!! The condo was very clean, comfortable , and helpful necessities that made things much easier. The a/c in the bedrooms was loud, but earplugs helped with that. Very accommodating with getting into the condo earlier than scheduled time, so helpful!!

Great stay!!

Really enjoyed the condo. Location was great and condo area nice. The condo itself was great. Kitchen was incredible - stocked better than almost every other place we’ve stayed. Having a washer snd dryer was s bonus. The only trouble we had was communication not going through on the VRBO website. Once we exchanged personal communication with each other, correspondence was easy. We would stay here again in a minute!

Beautiful well stocked property in a great location

We stayed here with 4 adults and one infant under two. We wanted a place that was easy to access the beach and accesible for the toddler and we struck gold. Beach and pool are only a few steps from the lanai, market and restaurants are very close, we barely used our rental car. The entire apartment was incredibly well stocked and made it feel as though we were staying in a place that really was home. Being on the ground floor at the end near the road made it feel a bit exposed since alot of people in the area walk down this street to view the sunset or attend the beach. Also there are a few homeless people around on the street drinking and smoking but we never felt unsafe or threatened. Definately would stay here again.

Well kept but an old complex. Bad windows not very secure and poor air vents for the air conditioners. Not a safe area too many home less and street people a on the road to the beach. Police were in our area because of fights and partying on the road to the beach two different nights because of screaming people. We did find a few local restaurants that were acceptable with friendly staff. Only one rainy day. Great weather

Kihei’s best kept secret for families

The couple that own this condo have done a fantastic job setting it for an easy entry into your vacation. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo on the edge of the building worked well for our family. The unit gets top marks for the amount of stocked item included. We used the beach stuff almost every day. Cooked most of our meals in the unit and the Times grocery store was an easy 2 min walk door to door. We loved the easy outdoor access, large pool and lovely beach. The beach was the biggest surprise not having stayed at this end of Kihei before, lots of sandy spots, safe swimming for smaller kids and the turtles! We saw turtles most afternoons sunning themselves on the beach. This place gets top marks if you are active vacationer, want to cook/entertain, stay on the beach and aren’t looking for expensive hotel amenities. Thank you Jami-we will recommend to friends and family and book again if our travels bring us to Maui

Whales! Turtles! Steps from and Beach and great pool!

We had such a wonderful time here in Kihei! Jami was really easy to communicate with and the condo was awesome! Our 3 boys (ages 7, 11 and 14) had lots to do with the beach only steps away. We literally dropped our bags and saw them bolt out the door to the water within seconds of being there! We saw whales every day, several times. Bring your binoculars! I know there are some whale watching cruises around but with how often we saw them, we honestly didn’t feel the need to do one. We also saw plenty of turtles sleeping on the beach. The 3 boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs kept everyone happy at the beach. We really enjoyed Kam III which is only maybe 8 minutes down the road and was a nice beach for everyone to have fun on (good waves but not too big for kids/teens who aren’t used to spending a lot of time in the ocean). There is a grocery store literally on the corner - we popped in there when we got to the condo for our breakfast things as we didn’t feel like doing a big shop after the flight. Really yummy pizza from Pizza Madness (down the street maybe 2 blocks) hit the spot too one day when we didn’t feel like cooking. Awesome, big pool to enjoy with more than enough room for everyone! Really friendly spot - everyone we talked to seemed very nice and happy to share their favorite places. We also took the kids to the Maui Ocean Centre which had some great exhibits where we all got to learn a bit more about ocean life in the area. I’d totally come back here again! We also enjoyed the board games for our lazy afternoons after the beach. Thanks Jami!

Fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as described. Clean and in good condition. Close to shopping but felt secluded. Close to the beach. Pool was great. Used the outdoor grills multiple times. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of beach items as well. We stayed early April. The wind on the island was terrible, but it cooled the condo so we didn't need to use the AC. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Perfect for family of all ages

We spent 9 days here with our 4 month old-perfect location to all of Maui, large pool, right on the beach. We saw many turtles and whales from the beach! House is fully stacked with everything you need-kitchen supplies and seasonings, baby gear, towels, pillows and cleaning supplies! This is our second stay at this condo property, first time in this unit and we will be back!

Paradise

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the recently remodeled Unit 101 at the Waiohuli Beach Hale. Jami and Todd are Great Host! Kept you informed and always answered your messages in a timely fashion. Their 2 bedroom unit had everything you needed and more! Comfortable Beds, New appliances and having a washer and dryer in the unit was the best. There is an onsite laundry room for big loads, but not leaving the unit to do laundry just cant be beat! 101 is an end unit making for a relaxing and convenient spot. The Times grocery store is literally a minute walk away from this unit. Kihei always seems to have Great weather too. The pool is very close as well as the sandy beach. You can spot Turtles as you walk the beach as well as seeing whales in the distance. Highly recommend getting this unit for a outstanding stay on Maui!

This was the perfect property for our family! The ground level was perfect for our kids to be able to walk out and play on the green space. Such a short walk to the beach and pool area. The unit was stocked with everything you could ever need and then some. Jami was so accommodating and helpful. We definitely hope to be coming back again!

Cozy and close to everything

Our stay was very good. The condo is cozy and clean. I appreciated having a lot of beach amenities, cooler, Hawaii magazines, and towels. The TV was easy to use. There was salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, pots, pans, etc which was great to have. The AC was a very nice addition, but having slatted room doors didn't keep the cold air in very well. If you're a "hot blooded" person you might not like it. I wish the back sliding screen door locked. There were occasionally homeless people outside in the street adjacent the condo, likely from the church. They kept to themselves, but would often leave garbage behind and sometimes be loud. It seemed the city was very quick to clean up and keep them away at night. The pool area was nice and clean. The gate handles were difficult to use for everyone entering the pool area and there is no shade or umbrellas. It is very windy in Maui so umbrellas are difficult to use no matter what. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Close to the beach!

The condo had room for all 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, even the mattress on the pull out couch was comfortable for the kids. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. Plenty of beach toys for the kids. Jamie was very responsive.

Excellent stay

We had an amazing time. First time in Maui and first time using VRBO. Property was as described and very clean. Communication was excellent before during and after. Highly recommend.

Very private and a large green area in front of you to enjoy game night or just sit in your chair or walk down to the beach and watch the sun go down, or take a swim in a large beautiful pool or just lay out and soak up the sun.
